Unable to access program “info” screen with 3rd party remotes.

I can access the pictured screen using the Apple TV (stream box) remote by swiping down but I’m not able to access the screen using other 3rd party (non-DirecTV) remotes with the directional down function (the task used to work but suddenly stopped). I understand this is more than like a remote issue but I thought I would at least see if anyone else is having trouble accessing this screen. I am using the direct stream-only app through an Apple TV box. Thanks in advance.

When do general lottery tickets for the games in Arlington (TX) go on sale? I have my K-Club tickets and am looking for parking presale options but when I contacted Globe Life Field directly I was told that parking info would come out later once the Bananas put the game tickets and info out.

Unable to access “program info” menu on the DirecTV Streaming app via an Apple TV 2nd Gen box on a U3 model (function worked on a U2 model).

I upgraded from a U2 to a U3 and I noticed one specific key function that is not working. Using the DirecTV Streaming app via an Apple TV 2nd Gen box (to a TV), the "program info" menu on the DirecTV app no longer pops up when using the "down arrow" button on the U3 remote. Using a regular Apple TV remote, the "program info" menu is accessible using a down swipe method. On the old U2 remote, the "program info" menu was accessible via the "down arrow" key but now when I check that function it is not accessible via the U2 remote either. Has anyone else experienced this?

Does anyone recommend or know of a local Denton area vet clinic that can perform a Flow Cytometry blood test on a cat? We’ve used a clinic in N Dallas in the past for this test and our Flower Mound based vet refers to a clinic in Fort Worth. I’d like to find somewhere closer to Denton if possible.
