i've created folders or groups of apps on my homescreen, can neobackup make a backup of this ? if so which system app's data should i backup ? also can quick settings tiles layout also be backed up ? i'm on android 14 nothing 2a

I tried syncthing fork but it's stuck on server is starting (gave all permissions) -- what are other options that are FOSS and privacy friendly. Not sure if resilio sync is privacy friendly or not
