If you're looking for a fun budget friendly Plat deck try this Rakdos deck.

Zero mythic cards

8 rares (in the deck; you can swap out the rare lands for normal if needed). Rest is common and uncommon. Really the only "required" rares are the Weapons Manufacturing. Could sub out the other 4.
