CBJ Player Rankings

EA has released the player rankings for the upcoming NHL 27. This is a list of where certain Jacket players are ranked in the Top 100 by category.

For the most part I am okay with these OVR ratings, but here are a couple grievances:

-I think Marchenko is slightly too high, and I would have him as an 88 Overall, (but with a high ceiling for growth, [although I do understand the argument for having him at 89.])

-I would flip-flop Kent Johnson and Adam Fantilli. I love KJ, but in what universe do they feel he's better than Fantilli?

-Why are they doing Jet so dirty?! Like... mind-bogglingly below value. Someone at EA must have it out for him.

What is everyone else's thoughts on all of these? Is there anything you would change? Or do you feel someone from the Jackets deserves to be on this list that is missing from it?

I f**king hate being a CBJ fan. 😭

Burn it all down and move to Quebec. 💔

*Edit* For reference, I hold nothing against either player in debate.. I like Marchenko and his game well enough, and wherever he goes, I wish him the best. And I love Werenski and everything he's done for this team and this city. I will root for him and forever be a fan for life.

The real pain here comes to point that my youngest son just got into hockey this past season, and he immediately took to Z and Marchenko as his favorite players. I just sat him down and had to break his heart, (twice,) and told him this is the pain that comes with being an Ohio sports fan. [As a 40+ year old Clevelander, I've grown very tough skin for sports heartbreak in my life; I just hate having to see my young and passionate kids go through it.] I am not whiney, (just disappointed,) and will forever remain a die-hard Quebec Blue Jackets fan, come what may. *End edit.*

Yesterday evening I taught my youngest son how to ride a bike.

It was a wonderful and magical moment that I wish I could live in forever. A part of me was absolutely heartbroken though knowing that it would be the last time in my life to live through that sort of moment.

If only our children could stay children forever...
