What is it inside? Hungarian dish in a Hungarian household

I am in Budapest. I was invited to a friend of a friend's place, and they cooked this dish (took a picture quickly). I didn't feel comfortable asking, but what is inside it? It’s very good, not gastronomically good, but it’s probably the best comfort food I have ever had. I am used to just cooking one-pot pasta with butter and voila, but this dish is on another level! So Hungarian people, help!

Just so you know who else is buying the dip

Smart money has been inhaling PLTR shares like it’s cocaine. Institutional ownership went from ~1.35B to nearly 1.8B shares in a year, and the buying spree is actually accelerating.

[pump post] Why I Think Palantir Has One of the Strongest Financial Statements in Tech

Income Statement

Palantir’s income statement has improved dramatically over the past few years, transitioning from a high-growth company with losses to one that consistently reports GAAP profitability. Revenue continues to grow at an impressive pace, driven by expanding commercial adoption and increasing demand for its AI Platform (AIP). Gross margins remain above 80%, highlighting the scalability and efficiency of its software business model. Combined with expanding operating margins and positive net income, Palantir has demonstrated that it can deliver both growth and profitability simultaneously.

Balance Sheet

Palantir has one of the strongest balance sheets in the software industry, holding billions of dollars in cash and short-term investments. The company carries virtually no long-term debt, giving it exceptional financial flexibility and minimal bankruptcy risk. This cash-rich, debt-light position allows Palantir to invest aggressively in innovation, acquisitions, and future growth without relying on external financing. Overall, its balance sheet provides a significant competitive advantage during periods of economic uncertainty.

Cash Flow & Free Cash Flow

Palantir’s cash flow generation is one of its greatest strengths, with operating cash flow increasing consistently alongside revenue growth. Because the company operates an asset-light software business, capital expenditures remain relatively low. This allows Palantir to convert a large portion of its operating cash flow into free cash flow, resulting in industry-leading free cash flow margins. Strong and growing free cash flow gives the company the ability to fund expansion, invest in new technologies, and create long-term shareholder value while remaining financially independent.

Why is everyone crying about the fiat price when 1 BTC = 1 BTC?

You still have the same amount of coins. Is it because it has no use real use case, intrinsic value or not a store of value ?

GTA 6 is finished. Sony accidentally leaked the ratings! No more delay?

Another small but significant detail just surfaced: the PlayStation promotional email being sent to PS4 players about upgrading for GTA 6 reportedly shows the game rated M for Mature.

Not exactly surprising for a GTA game, but an official M rating showing up in a Sony promotional email this close to launch is yet another signal that everything behind the scenes is locked and loaded. Rating confirmations don't happen until a game is close to ready.
