I've literally just been staring at the game and flying around in cinematic mode for... a while... 🥰
I've had this stonemason's station for a while now, wanting to produce some dressed stone for my church upgrade.
Family assigned. Production was limited, but that shouldn't affect them getting started (to check, I also toggled it off, no change).
After a while I figured it might be because they didn't have tools. I have tools, but I added another spot at the market and... one of the stonemasons then transported tools to the station! So I thought I'd solved it. But after delivering tools, they promptly went home and nothing continued to happen! 😤
Also, and this might be a bug (?) tools are getting worn down even with nothing happening.
The family has clothes, ale and food. The building is connected to the road network. I have plenty of rubble stone and want them to start making some dressed stone. Is that too much to ask of these people?! 😁
What do I need to do to get them to start production?
Hi all, just started playing on PSVR2 — holy Tetriminos it’s good 🥰 I’m in love with the visuals, the music… everything except my playing ability 😂 I’m a solid D-rank (see screenshot).
I’ve joined the Enhance discord and found their beginner guide (so I’ve just found out about 6-3 stacking and t-spins, neither of which I’ve tried yet). Also just discovered TETR.io so will probably use that for some practice outside of TE.
What I’d love to know is how to get good enough to beat the speed ramp at the end of the last ‘Metamorphosis’ level on Journey mode (beginner). My brain currently doesn’t work that quickly.
How can I get comfortable with higher speeds, in general? That particular speed ramp is too much for me at the moment.
P.S. I haven’t used TE’s “Zone” mode yet so might need to start using that? Like I said I’ve been overwhelmingly distracted by the music and visuals in VR 🫣😂
Anyway, thanks for any tips, and hope you’re all having a great weekend 🤘
And how is this not fixed yet? 🤦
Anyone else had any great successes (or failures) with SiriAI? Is there hope?!
Just re-watched this episode, and this scene cracks me up every time. I think the “Cordially,” seals it perfectly.
Which coworker would you fax from the future? What are you saying, and why?
Edit: This is on iOS.
PSA: Signed up for the waitlist, hadn’t received a notification, but when I swiped down on the Home Screen just now to search… I saw the new Siri AI search box and discovered I now have the Siri app… so try searching from the Home Screen from time to time, and you might also randomly get it before you get notified.
Yeah, it’s a bit janky at the moment (as expected) 🙂
My new-to-me '22 AWD LR M3. Headed out into the hills last night. Met some rally cars heading in the opposite direction, and after pulling over for about the 20th car, I figured it would be a lot easier if I just turned around and went in the same direction as everyone else.
About 15 minutes later I found myself at the start of an actual rally stage! (pic 2)
I did not take part 😁 ... spent a couple of hours "stuck" watching the cars head off before being able to turn around and drive home through the hills in the dark.
10/10, best evening I've had on 4 wheels.
Hi everyone 👋 Just wanted to share my excitement because our household is going fully EV from a diesel (mine) and a hybrid (hers). We’ve been planning to switch since getting solar panels installed last year.
My OH got her EV a couple of weeks ago and at the same time I was persuaded by the savvy salesman to ‘just try’ test-driving a Model 3 that they had around the back (I really wasn’t considering one, from initial research I thought an Ioniq 5 might be for me).
Hooooooo boy was that a good/bad idea 😂 — with barely 3 minutes total ‘driving’ down a short back-road, I had a stupidly big grin on my face and I’ve been unable to stop thinking about it, researching and watching all the YouTube videos since 😁 …so here I am!
From my ’used M3’ research I settled on my ‘sweet spot’ of:
After researching and dreaming for a week, I went back to the dealership (third party, not Tesla’s own) a week ago because I happened to be in the area, and the salesman managed to secure a not-yet-on-the-website black ‘22 AWD LR … which I’m hoping will arrive in a handful of days so I can test drive and — if the stars align — drive away in it 🤞
The dealer has been open with communicating and I’ve already been told while it’s being prepped that a suspension arm is being replaced (it has ~50k miles on it), which I think is reassuring and hopefully they’re on top of preventing any obvious issues.
Would anyone here with a similar model/year care to share any thoughts, maybe on what to watch out for during a proper test-drive (will definitely take it on a dual carriageway this time), or what to look forward to? The nerdier the better! Some other random thoughts I’m having so far:
Sorry for yapping, yes I’m overthinking it, I’m a _bit_ excited! 🤏😁
