Vou tentar encurtar pra não contar história triste e também pra não tomar tempo, mas basicamente eu me recuperei de um processo cabuloso de burnout recentemente (combo completo, de ansiolítico a terapia) e isso acabou dando uma aloprada no meu currículo.
Tenho algumas janelas bem curtas de trabalho por causa do loop consigo trabalho novo -> surto e não consigo fazer nada -> sou demitido. Acho que isso está me dificultando muito de conseguir um trabalho novo.
Já tentei abordar com aqueles currículos mais artísticos que designer/publicitário adora, mas fico com a impressão que isso pode estar me atrapalhando na hora de ter o currículo analisado por uma ATS ou algo do tipo, então pedi pro claude formatar certinho com as regras da ATS e mexi aqui e ali pra ficar mais coerente pra um humano ler tranquilamente também.
Hoje, recuperado, eu trabalho sem problemas, tenho em torno de 3 clientes que me pagam um valor ok mas tenho espaço e intere$$e pra trabalhar em uma agência, tenho algumas questões familiares que dependem de mim de certa forma e o conforto financeiro de uma entrada fixa e estável me traria uma tranquilidade maior.
Gostaria de receber feedback sobre o currículo, se está funcional, etc. E se no ponto de vista de vocês é competitivo pra conseguir uma vaga.

From the guys that really work with it, do you have an tool that makes life easier when searching for some references? Ai prompt or stuff, not to make everything for me, just to help me find good things to model and adapt faster than going it by hand.
I already have a plan that i wrote down, but i need those top-of-funnel videos to start engaging with people not only by spending a ton in ads, but also going organic too

Chegamos em casa e ele tinha escapado, e reparamos que parece que ele mexeu nos olhos até arrancar pelo
Ele parece estar bem, brincando normal, comendo e bebendo água normal tb. Urina e fezes com aparência normal.
Só queria checar se devo me preocupar com essa questao dos olhos, se é alguma alergia ou algo do tipo ou se é estresse por ficar sozinho mais do que tava acostumado

i decided to run a musicians-focused dropshipping thing, since i saw that if you know the niche its probably easier to maintain it and even to sell.
that said, i finished selecting a whole bunch of products, from low cost to high cost, created my ig/fb account and all the stuff required and my next step is to start running ads.

Our setup is all our instruments going to a XR18 then to our IEM and a LR+Sub out to FOH, pretty usual stuff, but im using my LR really as a LR, one amp and one IR to each output
A friend told me that im overkilling it and i should play mono, and it made me start doubting if it really makes a difference.
We have a soundtech and she said either is fine, its up to me to decide what i want
Any advice on that?

Então, eu moro em santos há uns anos (nasci aqui mas cresci em outro estado) mas sempre morei na orla. Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of ads and coming across a lot of burner accounts and automated tools/services for promoting artists. But most of them seem to be focused on pop, indie-ish, or maybe rap songs and visuals.
I’m always open to testing new stuff, but I can’t really imagine how to make this work for a deathcore band.
I’ve already thought about creating something like an AMV account, but editing AMVs would be too much work for me right now, since I’m already overwhelmed with work and band responsibilities.
So, first of all: how do burner accounts and those automated cuts + lyrics services work for you guys?
What kind of copy do you use besides the actual lyrics of the song?
And if anyone has tested this with heavy music, like metalcore, deathcore, metal, etc., how did it feel? What kind of footage did you choose?
Não é nada crítico, só queria saber da galera com mais experiência: antes de comprar esse fone, eu vi que uma interface de áudio substituiria em teoria o DAC. Não fui muito a fundo, aproveitei que tava bem mais barato que o normal e comprei
Falando com um amigo meu, ele disse que precisa de DAC sim, principalmente pra mixar (meu uso vai ser jogar CS e mixar minhas músicas) - porque pra jogar o volume da interface no máximo vai saturar demais e atrapalhar na hora de ouvir tudo certinho.
A pergunta é: vou ter que comprar um DAC mesmo tendo interface? Sinto que o volume do fone é até que OK, principalmente porque não sou exatamente a pessoa que gosta de estourar o volume, pra mim o sweetspot do volume é sempre o que tô procurando pra não ficar com a audição zoada.
O quão necessário é um DAC com esse fone, e uma interface melhor daria mais ganho nisso?

I run a small deathcore band in Brazil. Our PA is just a rack with an XR18 and a Phenyx Pro PTM33, we're only 4 people so it's a 4U rack with no room for anything extra.
One of our bodypacks came up with the antenna completely torn at the base. Got it fixed, but I really don't want to keep doing that every 6 to 12 months since it runs me BRL 300 each time for all four (around 60 each plus shipping). All four were in bad shape honestly, one just got hit harder than the rest, and I'm pretty sure it's a mix of our stage moves and how we store them.
The rack goes in a Patola case, basically the Brazilian version of a Pelican, and there's zero room left in there. Everything else goes in my personal backpack, laptop, tablet, the wireless receiver, whatever, and that's where the bodypacks were going too. I'd stuff them in the zippered pockets but nothing was actually keeping the antennas still, they'd just move around freely. We also have a kick drum bag for all our stage cables and spares.
I've been trying to find something to store the bodypacks without running into the same problem and I keep hitting a wall. Whatever I put them in they're still going to shake around in transit and bend the antennas again. The only real fix I can think of is getting another Pelican style case and moving everything into it, but that's not something I want to spend money on this year with the album coming up and a lot of other stuff already eating into the budget.
So, any recommendations of products? Im already considering buying a case for the bodypacks to be on our straps when we play, so we will avoid the stage issue.
