I'm trying to stay hydrated so I made the Drink ever

I have been drinking at least 2L of water and other fluids (including 2 cups of Spearmint tea with cleavers and chia seeds) for a week now and I don't feel hydrated. My diet is good, I get a lot of protein and fibre, and I don't think I eat too much salt. I eat fruit, and recently had a watermelon through the week.

My skin is always dry tho, and I'm sick of it, and I can't concentrate on my work so I made the most drink ever conceived.

We've got 1tsp Spearmint tea, 1tsp raspberry leaf tea. 1/2 tap turmeric, 1/2tsp cinnamon, 2 cloves, 1tbsp ground chia seeds, a handful of cleavers, dandelion leaves, fresh mint leaves, a spring of rosemary, a pinch of potassium salt, like 1/2tsp Manuka honey, lemon slices, lemon juice, partially crushed cucumber and celery and spinach, and a splash of cranberry juice. I would have had added fresh ginger but I used it all to make a fermented gut health thing that I think I botched because the recipe I followed prompted too much salt.

How do I cut my own hair like this?

Hi! I went to a hairdressers for this a while ago, but I want to learn how to maintain it myself to save money. It's grown out and lost its shape, and I keep trimming it but I can't seem to get the sides right or the back even.

Does anyone know any tips or tutorials? I don't have haircutting experience, except accidentally making my Bratz dolls bald as a kid trying to get an even trim.

I've attached inspo pics from Pinterest.

Did I buy the wrong insoles?

Hi! I bought some insoles for my size 5 shoes because they have a small heal and start to hurt after a long day. The photo on the insoles show it covering the whole shoe, and is said to be size 3.5/5 so I assumed it would be cut to fit.

It looks tiny and weirdly shaped, and I'm so confused!

I bought them off vinted so I don't think I can return them.

Did I accidentally buy the wrong thing or are these defective in some way?

Hi! I'm asking for my mum.

She said she didn't plant this oniony/garlicy smelling grass stuff in the veg patch (she dug it up roots and all for the photo, this isn't where it grew from) and it's been there for a long time without becoming something familiar.

I'm guessing we can eat it?

Thank you!
