Recipe suggestions for my newly vegan boyfriend?

Hi there :) my boyfriend wants to become vegan (he’s starting off vegetarian but wants veganism to be his end goal) and I was wondering if people had any good recipes for baker’s confectionery items like cakes, pastries, brownies, etc?

I’m not vegan (I would be, but I have a really restricted diet because of disabilities and conditions) but I obviously want to help him and not make him feel excluded.

I love to bake, and so I was wondering if anyone knew any good recipes for bakery items I could make for him? Thanks!

I found these two at an oriental corner shop. There was a Hello Kitty one as well, but I didn’t get her as she’s not one of my favourites. If I see her again I might!

Hi :) I was wondering whether anyone knew any stores or types of stores in the UK where Pusheen cans like these are being sold?

I can get them online, but with shipping one can is about £6 and it feels a little silly to spend that much on one can, so I was just wondering if there were any shops where they might sell them?

I sometimes go to Asian or Japanese stores where I’ve found Chiikawa cans before, but as Pusheen is American it’ll be a little difficult to find 🥲

Thanks for any help! Worst comes the worst I’ll just get them online, but I wanted to check if there were any cheaper or easier alternatives B)
