I’ve been searching through Reddit and TikTok for Aquaphor reviews here in the Philippines, pero I couldn’t find any decent or detailed ones, so I figured I’d share my own experience lol kasi baka may iba din na naghahanap ng review.

I have severely dry lips, and unfortunately, naging mannerism ko na rin yung pagkikitkit ng dry skin. Like, EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. Umabot pa sa point na nae-excite akong gumising the next morning kasi alam kong healed na yung lips ko and may bagong makikitkit na naman ako. HAHAHAHA yes, ganon kalala 😭

I’ve tried different variants of the following:

Vaseline – I’ve tried different variants, including the original. For me, it feels like it just makes the scab thicker. Hindi siya nagbibigay ng feeling na hydrated yung lips ko; more like parang binabad ko lang yung lips ko sa heavy lip oil.

Mentholatum lip balm - drying af. menthol lang no offect and mabilis din matuyo

Chapstick - same with mentholatum lol. mabilis matuyo and the smell is throwing me off.

Carmex - it leaves my lips feeling ao dehydrated pag natuyo na sa lips. it has a cooling effect tho pero other than that nah.

Human nature lip balm - idk if its just me pero it feels waxy, it also has a cooling effect. i like the tinted ones pero mabilis din matuyo and if natuyo na it looks crusty af.

Apollo – Same experience as Vaseline. I tried different variants and the original one too. It feels heavy and oily on the lips. It doesn’t necessarily thicken the scab as much, but it also doesn’t really make it go away.

Lucas Papaw – This one doesn’t feel as heavy on the lips, and I actually prefer it for the body because it’s not as sticky. Pero sa lips, I noticed that I’d wake up excited the next morning because it seemed to make the dry skin/scabs thicker. So mas tempting siyang tuklapin. When I smack my lips together, ramdam ko talaga yung roughness from the dry skin.

Aquaphor – I’ve only been using it for 2 days, but I already noticed a small difference. When I woke up this morning, yung dry skin/scabs seemed to come off more easily when I gently rubbed my lips together. My lips also felt noticeably softer when I woke up.

I put a decent amount on last night, and so far, I’m vvv satisfied! I’ll keep using it and update if I notice any more changes. If maging mas okay pa after a week I'm gonna get the one with SPF 🤩

And yes, I know it’s quite pricey, but honestly, if it does the job for me, I’d say it’s worth it!!! Mamimiss ko magkitkit HAHAHA.

I started my "active lifestyle" kuno a month ago HAHAHA. I'm doing pilates twice a week then I run during the weekends (light lang). My pilates coach wanted me to take proteins nung una sa whole food daw ganon so I tried yung mga eggs, tuna, etc.

But nag sstruggle talaga ko ma hit yung 65-80g a day then yung mag gain ng 0.25 to .5kg per week.

She gave me another month para ma improve pa pero sabi nya if wala pa din daw after non she wanted me to try na yung mga whey protein.

I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner.

for breakfast: yogurt and eggs and bananas (pag sawa na gumagawa ako banana pancakes tas halo ng nuts sa yogurt or egg sandwich) tas oats ganon.

for lunch and dinner: chicken/tuna minsan steamed with broccoli ganon or yung adobong kangkong.

Any tips? I only started this whole journey kasi gusto ko lang mag unat unat hanggang sa nagustuhan ko yung pilates then na influenced ako ng friends ko na tumakbo. Hindi ko inexpect na mas nakaka stress pala mag dagdag ng timbang huhu

Lately napag uusapan namin yung plans for the future. I earn around 80k a month and siya naman ay around 25k. Kinausap ko siya regarding joint bank accounts and main reason lang is pang travel namin since we travel at least once or twice a year (domestic) but this year may plan kami to travel international.

Advisable po ba na mag open ng bank account together? Actually may blue print na ko on how we can execute this, kailangan ko na lang i-share sa kanya.

Pros:

1. Travel funds
2. slush fund - if gusto namin bumili ng property or magpakasal may mahuhugot kami
   Cons:
3. Hindi kasal 😂

Notes:
- same contribution dapat (if gusto nyo na 500 lang or 5000 agree ako sa lahat tbh)
- AND account (both parties are needed to be there para mag withdraw ng pera)
- gusto ko lumalaki siya per year if magsisimula kami sa 500 that's fine basta dapat next year 1000 na ganerrrn
- not for emergency ng namin like for example pag na hospital sya or ako. ayokong gagalawin yung pera since dapat may personal emergency funds kami.

Need your advice on the following:

1. Do I sound like parang pinupush ko siya about this? Kasi I brought it up like thrice bago siya nagsabi na "pwede naman and sige"

2. I trust him sa pera. Sarili ko yung hindi HAHAHA kasi tbh sobrang sinop at higpit ko sa pera kaya sabi din ng mama ko "tigilan mo dahil ikaw ang may malaking ihugulog jan. kilala kita" - for context I really like saving money. Kahit barya na coins ginagawan ko ng alkasya at inoopen ko yearly and binibigay ko kila mama then sa salary ko since ang sagot ko sa bahay ay tuition ng kapatid ko at kuryente, the rest of my salary goes straight to my savings or pilates class lang. Applicable pa din ba samin ang joint account if umabot man sa point na maging mas malaki ang contribution ko?

3. Nag research na ko about this, may mga ilan na nagsasabi na magandang foundation siya ng relationship pero lalong mas maganda daw if kasal kayo. May mga nagsasabi na ang hassle daw pag naghiwalay meron naman na iba na what they did was cut it in half then tapos ang usapan. Sa mga nakapag joint account na with their partners ano po ang thoughts nyo about this?

Tbh, mas madalas na ako ang gumagastos ng malaki sa dates. Nung nag apartment ako halos nandon siya lagi and food/electricity is always on me nagluluto sya and naglilinis which is fine with me. Gusto ko din mag open ng bank account with him for transparency para nakikita magkano inaabot sa date and para makita ko din if masinop siya sa pera. I'm not aware if may emergency funds ba siya for himself or may ipon ba siya since as much as possible ayoko mag mukang namumulis pero ako I try to be transparent para di na siya magulat pag nagkatuluyan na ay ganyan ka pala sa pera lol 😂

girl 1 - random dumaan sa feed ko yung reel ni girl nagulat ako nakalike bf ko so i checked kung sino yung babae tapos namukaan ko isa sa dati naming classmate from college then nakasama nya daw yun sa concert so i was like okay kaso pag stalk ko pa don sa girl #1 napansin ko nakalike sya sa lahat ng post except dun sa kasama ni girl yung bf nya tapos pag check ko pa nung dump account ni girl #1 naka follow sya so i confronted him about it pero ang sagot nya lang is si girl naman daw ang nag follow request sa kanya na una. idk pero na off talaga ako don pero tinanggap ko na lang kasi yun lang yung kaya nyang ioffer na explanation eh + pinabayaan ko din sya if uunfollow nya ba or hindi (hindi bya inunfollow kahit alam nya na uncomfy ako) pero again— pinabayaan ko lang, tinanggap ko na lang.

girl 2 - kasama sa circle of friends nya from college. eto random din dumaan sa feed ko sa instagram (idk why ig keeps coming for my neck hahahaha) nagulat ako nakalike sya naka swimsuit di ko pa na mukaan nung una. same exact thing with girl #2 naka like sya sa mga bikini pics except don sa mga scenery or random pics na like halaman ganern. i confronted him about it sabi nya "tropa" nya lang daw yun and di nya alam na ganon iisipin ko. i understand na tropa sila non kasi even before pinayagan ko sya na mag swimming sila nung COF nya na yun na mga naka bikini yung mga friends nya. kaso the way he talks about this girl #2 is off kasi sinasabi nya na pakawala daw yun ganon and iykyk mga ganyang linyahan ng lalake hahaha. pinagsasabihan ko pa nga sya na hayaan nyang ienjoy ni girl yung youth nya.

tbh guys wala kong problem sa girls. i'm a girl's girl— di lang ako sure if OA ba ko or what? kasi ako as much as possible i don't like other pics talaga mas mga super close ko na male friends (though may streaks or gc kami kilala sila ng bf ko at nakakasama nya unlike don sa COF nya) btw hinayaan ko sya sa gusto nyang gawin, hindi ako nagpa unfollow or unlike sa kanya. hindi ako na iinsecure sa girls pero i kinda feel embarrassed dahil sa bf ko and the fact that i had to explain it to him twice pakiramdam ko para kong nagmamaka awa na intindihin kung san ako nang gagaling :(

My newly created proton email was disabled after 4 hours that I created it. I only received 2 emails there and haven't even tried sending an email then an error popped out saying that "blasting of emails". I just lost an important interview today because I initially opened that email for my job applications. does anyone knows what to do? i already submitted a ticket but no response im soooo stress

What's your take about non-compete and poaching of employees? Enforceable ba ang mga ito sa Pilipinas?
