Worried about doing 3 implants next to each other during the same session

I’m scheduled to get three implants on teeth 29, 30, and 31. A couple of questions:

  1. I keep getting different recomentations if I should do 2 implants and a bridge, or 3 implants with crowns. The bridge route is cheaper and perhaps a touch less invasive. The crown route is supposed to be better for chewing teeth, maintenance, and safer in case a single implant fails or a crown breaks.

  2. Even though it's IV sedation, I am kind of freaking out. I read about the inferior alveolar nerve and how incorrectly placed implants can cause permanent damage. My periodontist has been in business for a while, has good reviews, and will do impressions 2 weeks before surgery. Am I worried over nothing?

I’m scheduled to get three implants next to each other on my lower right jaw. I’m kind of freaking out about it, even though it’s IV sedation. I’ve read about some nerve passing through there and impacting that nerve is a big issue. Am I worried over nothing?

I picked up my GV70 3.5 SP two days ago. Here’s a couple of first impressions.

Overall, it’s a beautiful luxury car, and I assume it has pretty much everything a luxury car should have. Couple of small items.

  1. The panel in a picture – I’m not sure what alloy this is, but it gets smudges on it really easily, and it’s very hard to clean. If anyone has any recommendations on best material to clean it with, I would appreciate it

  2. When I break, occasionally I get a little bump from the car. It feels like it happens during a downshift. It doesn’t happen all the time, and I’m still observing this behavior.

  3. The driver side seat massager is a good feature, but I wish they had one on the passenger side as well.

  4. I cannot wait to tell my family that the camera view from above the car is taken by the little drone that the car launches from a roof. I am pretty sure I can sell it.

  5. Finally, a little anecdote. Five hours after picking up the car from the dealership, I struck something on the side of the sidewalk and ripped the sidewall on my tire. A huge gash. Had to go to the dealership next morning to get a tire replaced. Thank God, I got the tire protection and negotiated the shit out of it, so the three-year tire protection cost recouped in the first 24 hours.

What actually happens in the F&I office, and how do I not get rattled?

Picking up a leased SUV soon. Deal’s done, numbers locked in writing.

The finance office is the part that gets me — sitting across from someone who does this hundreds of times a day while I do it once every few years.

For the F&I and car sales folks here: what do you wish customers understood walking in? And what’s the move that catches people off guard most often? Any other general suggestions?

I am getting 2026 GV70 3.5T Sports Prestige AWD Ceres Blue for $933/m for 36m with 12K month. $0 down, nothing to pay at dealership but 1st month payment. Is this deal too expensive?

Cap cost $65,170

What are your whole body exercise routines for staying strong, while avoiding accidentally triggering a flareup?

I’m looking for a list of 5 to 7 exercises that I can do a couple of days a week. Mostly body exercises or simple dumbbells.

My friends and I always struggled tracking gin scores and money wins/losses on paper, so I built an app to handle it. It’s free — no ads, no subscriptions, no fees. Enjoy! (Apple only for now, sorry Android folks.)

I am a software engineering team director, with a strong background in .NET and C#, and very comfortable working with AI technologies. Considering today’s job market, how screwed am I if I lose my job?

I would consider either a managerial or a software engineering position.

I visited Thailand a few months ago, and I love the feel of Bangkok. I also see that the price here are very reasonable, especially if it was my income from overseas. I’m really considering moving here and maintaining my residence as long as I have my virtual job. I know the tourist things may seem completely different than as someone who lives here, so I’m really looking for some feedback.
