Budget phone between £200-£300?

I am in desperate need of a new phone as mine is not charging! I was looking at a phone but it has just gone back up £100. I'm looking for something with good storage, decent battery and a decent camera. However, I am not looking to buy any apple products because they haven't worked out for my family and I personally prefer the way a samsung works (if that makes any sense). I can probably go up £50 but thats all I am able to do.

Any options or ideas? Thank you for your time in advance.

Phone says its charging but the battery isn't increasing

Its been happening since yesterday, the days before I have had some issues with my Samsung A35 5G but it was fine for a couple days and then I turned it off yesterday and it took 30 minutes to turn back on which is not normal at all. I think my batterys screwed over but I just want to know if theres other things that may be the cause of the problem before I go out and buy a new phone. Any advice?

I can't attach the picture but its been stuck on 2%. I'm keeping it on charge at the moment and have been for atleast 20 hours because I don't want to risk it turning off then not being able to turn on.

Am I overreacting?

I feel like my neighbour is stalking me but I know he isn't.

This feeling only grew stronger after I was walking home with my dog, down a country road, and he went in the opposite direction. I smiled and said thank you for moving out of the way but when I saw his face he had such a deformed grotesque smile. Anyway, as I entered my house I looked towards the end of the road and he was going into his house which freaked me out because why would you go down that country road then turn around not even 1/4 of the way down it?? There's nothing down that road except for more roads btw and so there was no way for him to circle backwards. Also when I was walking home I couldn't shake the feeling that somebody was behind me and I normally have this feeling but it felt different, like they were closer than normal yk? Ever since then I have just been so scared to go outside because I just think I'm gonna get kidnapped, murdered or sexually assaulted and I cannot sleep properly, it takes me 2-4 hours to fall asleep because I have to go check what every noise is then I feel like somebodys watching me or peering over the side of my bed. I have had spurs like this beforehand but I've managed to overcome it but this feeling is just so strong, plus its never been this bad.

Idk I think I am overreacting but I don't know what to do about it because its just debilitating.

Please help!!! Battery question.

My samsung won't go past 2%! Yesterday the battery went from 86% to 34% in an instant then it died. What do I do? Does anybody know what might have caused this to happen??? I need my phone to communicate with my family and I don't want it to break.

My friend won't stop venting to me but won't take any of my advice or comfort.

Reposted.

I cannot make up the annoyance I feel from this person. They vent to me, firstly without asking and they know that at this very point in time I am not in a good situation with my home life which is making me feel overly distressed and upset. Secondly, they will ask for advice but as soon as I give it to them, they never listen to what I'm saying and they straight up either disagree with it or they ignore it and go right back to talking about them and their situation. This happens atleast 3 times a week and I have openly expressed to them that I am unable to help them because I do not have the energy or the time to have these long conversations with them right now, yet they still continue to attempt to have them with me. Obviously, people can have problems in their life and you can't help that but they literally can help their problems in so many fucking ways and I have told them so many times what to do and how to combat them in a way that will dissolve them over time and they just blank the advice or say it won't work but they won't even fucking try it. Like take this, they complain about their grades and when I try to help them find ways to improve them by giving them revision sources and yk telling them that they have to listen in lesson, not just mess around, they act like I've just committed a war crime. I'm just starting to believe that they don't want the help, like they like their problems. I know people can vent and I provide that space for my friends because I don't want anybody to go through it alone but I also expect that back, obviously not everybody can provide this and so I do not vent to those people (I do allow them to vent to me because they actually take on board my advice) and this person says I can vent to them but everytime I open up, they always turn the conversation back into their problems somehow even if what I'm saying doesn't link to them in anyway. And it isn't like they are trying to say 'Yk I've also been through this so here is what I did', its literally just them asking for advice on current issues. I do enjoy their company when we play games but when they vent they just drain my energy. What do I do? (I am 15 and they are 17 just incase anybody was wondering)
