Can you help me identify this rock?? I'm in Missouri.

What should I do? My fingers on my left hand are completely cramped and not letting me move them unless I physically do it with my other hand. I'm taking steriods daily and I'm still having so many problems. I go to see my rheumataloist for the first time tomorrow after a 6 month wait. What do I say and ask for? Because clearly the steriods are not working.

I had 2 of the Venus fly traps in the little hot boxes they came in for months thinking that's where they were supposed to be until I joined this group. I replanted them today but I'm pretty sure I didn't do it adequately. Can someone give me some advice please 🙏🏾 without being to harsh please.
