Why does my arm twitch slightly after a tourniquet is applied to my arm when drawing blood at the doctor's office?
The last 2 times I got my blood drawn, my arm started twitching slightly after the little rubber tourniquet was applied.

basically what the title says. Do I want to match or complement? What suit/tie/shirt combo do I wear to match or complement an espresso colored dress?
I have my grandfather's old hatchet and the thing is VERY dull.
I have a whet stone that is 1000/6000 grit and it does nothing. I've used it about 10 times for about 20 mins each time and everytime I test it by chopping wood, it bounces off or barely sticks in the log.
I'm not buying a belt grinder or anything like that, so what are some inexpensive ways to sharpen it?
