Monochrome to Color software

i have been working on this for the steam frame and it uses a LOCAL small non generative AI model that does this. the ai is NOT related to gpt or claude and it is NOT giving any money to any ai company anyways if you hate ai so much it my steamvr software will have a filter mode which looks like v2 (it was color filters to look like real color but it wasn't very good and i also have a video if you want to watch it https://www.reddit.com/r/SteamFrameValve/s/56Ow9VA1C6 but yea it guesses the color and uses other filters to make it good

This is v3 of my software v2 was some color filters but It now uses a small local classical Ai model to do this and i provided a color gradient on my phone to show you (v2 used a lot of filters and it didn't look that good)

Hello! I have been working on this project for a while, and I wanted to show you guys an update! Right now it may not look so good, but I have been working on some things that could fix it. Sadly, I don't have a frame devkit, so I can't finish it once I get the mono -> color finished. But I am working on it, and I will try to implement Steam Frame features.

Would you guys buy a passthrough software for 5 dollars that adds more colors to the frame passthrough?

As monochrome to color passthrough is technically impossible, I have been working on some software to add more colors. Right now, I have thermal vision and a buggy color picker to try to get as close to real color as possible. Would you buy this for $5 USD on the Steam store, and if so, what is the most you would pay for it?
