This guy was a gift from my friend who lives in N. Florida, does it qualify as a mini orchid? Also I've been battling scale using a qtip and isopropyl alcohol, does anyone have suggestions for a better treatment? It keeps coming back

I had to fiddle with my wiper motor and thought I'd share my easy solutions for when your wiper position disc starts slipping on its driveshaft. I used a pair of pliers to gently adjust the position until the wipers stop at the right place then drilled a small hole where the shaft meets the disc and screwed in a small short screw to act like a keyway. Its working great even when the motor occasionally craps out and needs a smacking.
