Is it too much to ask for Hulk to get a little bonus health?

As most of the community is aware Hulk has pretty much no cc immunity aside from his ult, which lasts a few seconds. Another huge problem Hulk has is that he’s an absolute bullet sponge, yet other bullet sponge characters like venom and thing have much better survivability than he does. Genuinely why does hulk get no bonus health? Large health pool isn’t an excuse when he still gets shredded by the other team as quickly as he does. All I ask is that he gets bonus health by punching or even hitting people with the thunderclap

Day 5 of posting my ranking of every album tracklist: Saturday Night Wrist

I accept my fate, they’re gonna come after me for this ranking but it’s my opinion and I can’t change it

Aside from the hot takes all over this ranking, I think my biggest hot take is that this isn’t even in my top 5 Deftones albums. The first ever time I listened to it I wasn’t a huge fan of it at all and I only liked maybe 2 songs from it, but I listened to it more and more so I could get a better appreciation of it. But at the end of the day I’d still rank it #7 in their discog.

Xerces is just beautiful, both the instrumental and what the song is about. Mein is a generational banger, I really enjoy the singing on Kimdracula and honestly think the album should’ve ended there. I actually enjoy the Konami Code a lot and I don’t think Pink Cellphone is that bad either.

(sigh) I’m gonna have to talk about cherry waves aren’t I? Look, this song was actually part of the reason I didn’t like the album much for a long time. I didn’t like this song at first and hearing the chorus 80 million times on tiktok was genuinely annoying as fuck. The hype this song got compared to Deftones songs I actually enjoyed just made me angry. Now that a few years have passed I can see what makes the song good, but I still can’t rank it higher than this

Day 4 of posting my ranking of every album tracklist: Self Titled

Before I get into my analysis of the actual album i’m gonna address the elephant in the room, I don’t like WGTB. I personally think the song has no structure, I’m not a fan of the vocals, and honestly I think there’s better heavy songs on the album like Hexagram and Bloody Cape.

Anyways, I love this album. The dark yet beautiful atmosphere of the entire thing feels very artistic in a way. This album has tons of standouts, but I think a really underrated track that deserves more attention is Moana. I almost never see anyone talk about it and whenever they do it’s usually because they think it’s boring or whatever, I think it’s one of the most atmospheric songs on the entire album, and that chorus sounds absolutely beautiful. It’s in my top 3 album closers too after Pink Maggit and Ohms. Aside from WGTB the only other song i’m not really a fan of is GMB, the verses are forgettable and I just don’t really like the chorus. Aside from that I love every song on this album, despite the lower rating I still think songs like Lucky You and AOAUE are good.

Overall I’d actually rank this #3 in their discog, so above AtF but below WP

Day 3 of posting my ranking of every album tracklist: White Pony

“that’s why he’s the goat, the goaaaaaaat!”

Nah but seriously where do I even begin with this one, I genuinely believe it’s objectively their best work (not my favorite but it’s incredible) and I have it ranked #2 in their discog. This album genuinely has everything, musical brilliance with Digital Bath and Knife Prty, great songwriting with Rx Queen, the atmosphere of Passenger.

I have one criticism though, I used to like Elite a lot more and it used to be higher but the more I listen to it the more grating it gets, like it’s so repetitive.

Day 2 of posting my ranking of every album tracklist: Around the Fur

Now we have an album I enjoy far more. Despite the harsh production similar to Adrenaline I personally think it works better with this album, with more highlights and uniquely formed songs

That being said yes it’s overrated but Be Quiet is legitimately one of their best songs, incredible shoegaze element and lyrics. I personally love Headup, My Own Summer and Mascara are classics. Despite Around the Fur being low I just find it a nice middle section to the album along with Lotion, I don’t dislike it. This is really a phenomenal album, the only lowlights Id say are Rickets and MX

Also I didn’t rank it here because it’s a hidden track but if I included Damone I’d probably put it between AtF and Lotion. Overall I’d rank this #4 in their discography

Day 1 of posting my ranking of every album tracklist: Adrenaline

It’s unfortunate because this is honestly my least favorite album (even over Ohms and Gore), I revisit the top 2 songs a lot but that’s about it. And I’ll admit i’m not crazy on Engine even though most people love it

Honestly the harsh rough production of this album isn’t for me, I actually really enjoyed Chino’s voice on this album but that guitar tone is so grating. The riff and bass line on 7 Words and the vocals on Bored are the highlights for me

My favorite ethereal/atmospheric Deftones songs

not really sure if Urantia counts because it has a little bit of heaviness to it but god I love these even if most of them are mainstream or overrated or whatever

Is it crazy to say I think Scream defines 2020s slashers more than Terrifier?

After the recent DBD announcement of Art the clown joining the fog and the very vocal Terrifier fanbase proclaiming that he’s the face of the 2020s and modern slashers it got me thinking, I genuinely think Ghostface fits more. Think about it, Scream 5 and 6 were an amazing revival and one of the best comebacks in horror history up there with Halloween 2018, and I don’t think it’s crazy to think that those 2 movies were a bigger impact in horror culture than Terrifier 2 and 3. And I know Ghostface is the face of 90s horror too, but again this was such a huge comeback I think he’s taken the modern era as well. Anybody agree?

Some players need to learn to just accept a loss and quit wasting time

Some of the mfs in comp are way too optimistic, like it’s ok to just surrender sometimes.

Yesterday I was in ranked, defending on Klyntar. My team gets absolutely steamrolled first round 0-3. Most of us are going negative too (our healers had terribly timed ults and our dps weren’t getting enough heals so they couldn’t do much but die over and over again) Next round we’re attacking, for about 2 or 3 minutes we can’t even touch point. I know a lot of rivals players especially ones in this sub want to act like every match is winnable and teams can pull off crazy shit last minute to turn the game around, but we’ve been getting shit on all match with no end in sight. I end up trying to call a surrender because I’m tired of this one sided beating and just want to leave and start a different match only for like the entire team to vote no on the surrender. I end up swapping to Torch to just fuck around since there’s no point in still trying when we only have a minute left and we haven’t set foot on point the entire round, and suddenly I get called an asshole for throwing AND THEN WE SURRENDER. Apparently getting your shit kicked into the fucking mud all match doesn’t qualify for a surrender but someone deciding they’ve had enough of it and just fucking around does? Even if I was throwing why does it matter? Were we going to win? I’m convinced rivals players would rather shoot a baby in the face then surrender even if there’s literally no win in sight

Edit additional details: Our team comp was me on Strange (I swapped to Venom on attack followed by Torch), tank dp, bucky, moon knight, Luna, jeff. Keep in mind our healers were pocketing a tank Deadpool while not even touching our dps. The enemy team was running triple heals (Jeff cnd Gambit), Hela, Groot, and an iron man that swapped to Thor next round

Should Springtrap’s axe mori?

So I was talking with a friend the other day and I had an idea, what if Springtrap had a mori you could do with his axe if the survivor is on death hook? This idea came from how Vecna and now Jason both also have projectiles, except theirs can lead to a mori. Yes Springtrap has the jumpscare when he grabs the axe out of a survivor, but what if he could mori like those 2 could?

Another crossover idea I had

As we’re all aware OW did a collab with Street Fighter last year, and what better Capcom collab to do than the series that’s having a massive resurgence this year due to the release of Requiem and the movie coming out later this year?
