30% clinical work - comes out 14 ‘weeks’ of M-F per year or 7 actual weeks of 7 on.
M-F role would be 1 week on per month 3 weeks admin work. 7 on would be 1 week of hospital work approx every 2 months
Commute is annoying (30min to an 1 hour each way)
Clinical work entails: hospitalist attending role. Round and go model. No admissions during the day- M-F would be residents as first call. 7 on model would be with APPs as first call.

70% admin work- work from home with some onsite days.
Admin work here deals with quality improvement projects and implementation of EHR and some build.

250K - Major urban area

Flexible on the location but generally targeting Parkslope area. Looking to take over a lease for a 2 bedroom in July 2026. Leads and recs appreciated!
