High Lp(a) & Homocysteine - P5P+TMG+B2 stack safe?

Hi - I'm a mid-30s male that just discovered my Homocysteine = 16.6μmol/L and Lp(a) = 146nmol/L. Slightly elevated LDL and Triglycerides.

I'm still reading up and learning about these issues, so until I feel educated, I used Gemini for a proper treatment plan and double checked if there was merit to it's response.

Would the P5P+TMG+B2 combo actually work at lowering my Homocysteine?

Originally, Gemini wanted to use Methylfolate instead of P5P. Once updated that I have Type 2 Bipolar, it suggested P5P since high-dose methyl donors like methylfolate carry a huge risk of crossing the blood-brain barrier and triggering a Bipolar episode.

It also recommended TMG to allow for Methylation without the CNS spike that Methylfolate might do. Then Gemini said the B2 was an essential co-factor precursor, stabilizes MTHFR activity (still needing to get tested to see if I have the mutations), and keeps B12 active.

My questions are:

  1. Does this combo make sense? I want to confirm that I'm got getting AI confidently incorrect info.
  2. Any risks that Gemini didn't discover? Originally it did not include TMG, but after asking it to confirm risk factors, it then mentioned TMG would allow for remethylation and prevent issues from diminished homocysteine recycling.
  3. From what I've read, treatment for high Homocysteine either from diet or MTHFR is treated the same. Is that true?
  4. General Recommendations and advice.

Any and all recommendations are welcomed and thanked. I should be seeing a cardiologist soon, but my gut tells me they'll just want me on a statin

(Disclaimer: While I did use AI for research, I used as minimal as possible. I try to use it responsibly; like in this case, needing to quickly learn more about an uncommon health issue.)

So is Blue Velvet the White Lodge? I skipped a few episodes and figured since blue is the opposite of red (Red Room / Black Lodge) then this has to be the case.

Reverse Gear isn't about time travel, it's about Domi Reversi

Oldhead speaking. Since Water 7, fans have speculated a Reverse Gear for obvious reasons (car transmission motif). We never had a plot reason to have a Reverse Gear, until we see panels of a board game of Othello/Reversi being played right before a panel of Imu. A game about flipping your opponents pieces to your color (black and white). And who are two characters currently fighting who are White and Black themed?

Counter that with whatever evidence has been set up for Luffy to time travel (none). Oda has heavy foreshadowing on Reversi, and no foreshadowing on a Time Travel mechanism for backwards time travel.

The outline is right there in your face, but no one wants to believe they're the person Oda is talking about in regards to reading comprehension...

EDIT
This arc we've seen: Domi Reversi introduced and used twice successfully, and failing on Luffy and Loki. We see Chopper somehow flip off Domi Reversi's effects, we see Imu literally playing a board game of Reversi. Those are establishing the rules and theme. What's is the time travel evidence besides we've seen Toki throwing stuff into the future?

Why does no one get echocardiograms?

Being unironic here.

I always hear about gear connoisseur get their bloods taken. That makes sense. But AAS's grow everything. Most popular PED users who died young show massive heart hypertrophy being either the cause or a factor in their deaths.

So I guess my question in, why is blood panel work the only metric for checking enhanced health? Most compounds beyond Test run the chance of organ hypertrophy. At minimum enhanced lifters should get an echo once a year to track heart (and even maybe liver and kidney) enlargements and tumors.

I hate to sound like a little bitch, but I just want my enhanced bros to get to lift big but not have to die young for it. Be able to get that warning to slow down or quit, not just drop dead at your peak.

And yeah, I'm natty. I've had cancer and chemo before, so my body is already wrecked and isn't worth the possible risks of PEDs. Also can trigger a relapse and if that happens, accelerated cancer growth.

Newish Crosstrek (2025) making occasional ticking sound. Anyone have this occur before?

Loving my Crosstrek Sport I got last year new, but the last month I’ve been having issues. Before I can get to the service shop this coming Tuesday, I was wondering if anyone else has had this specific issue? Even the car nerds in my life can’t pinpoint it.

Just like the title says, my car is making this weird sound that I can only describe as “the tick you hear when a coin is in the clothes dryer” sound. Video attached.

I have about 29k miles on it, so still under warranty on everything.

Edit: forgot to add, I think I may already have a transmission issue. When accelerating, breaking, and even coasting at 5-10mph. I notice a minor jerking. Like gear shifting improperly.
