Abandoned Jaguar in Sanpada since a week

So I noticed this vehicle around a week ago on a morning walk and keep on seeing it daily as I’m a regular walker.

The car is not even parked straight and the location is not even a parking, it’s actually a side of a road. Any ideas on what happened?
