Stopped working all of a sudden (haven’t played in a month or so). App manger says I need to update firmware but when I try I just hangs and says error. My control box doesn’t have a ‘flash’ button. Either way I can’t upgrade or get the pedals to be recognized by my computer/forza. Please help.

My escooter came with tube tires and a flat and I decided to get a tubeless tire installed it and it’s absolutely perfect.
I read that some people just remove the inner tube. Since to me it seems better to just have a tubeless tire I can plug vs replacing an inner tube each time, can I just remove the inner tube, put a valve in and go on my way!
Would like to invest. Where would you recommend I start?
Currently live in my condo. We’re planning to buy a house in the winter. The condo is worth ~300k with 100k mortgage left. I have 20 years left at 3.5%. Rent would get me about 2k/month. Mortgage +hoa is about 1150/month.
I want to keep this condo and rent it out whenever we buy our house. I like the idea of having this condo forever (great location). But I don’t know if that’s the smartest move for the future.
Should I: keep the condo and mortgage as is and periodically rent/abb it? Pay it off in full and rent it out? Or sell the condo when we buy our house?
I haven’t always made the best decisions and hoping you find folks can help me plan ahead.
Posted few days ago after my pc died and had red/yellow light on. After much much much (useless) troubleshooting I ordered another cpu. Arrived today and guess what. Same friggin lights. Nothing changed!
I’m certain it’s the pos b850m pro motherboard. I’m going to burn it if asrock doesn’t take it back.
What motherboard would you recommend for my amd 9600x CPU?

Happened all of the sudden. At first the fans didn’t spin. I opened the pc checked everything removed the cmos battery checked the ram and the cpu. Rebooted afterwards a while. Still same thing no display. Any help? I’m at a loss.
I have the asrock b850m pro rs WiFi Amd ryzen 5 7600x. My amd graphics card does the same thing.

Do you recommend filling it up with something? Or take it to a local bike shop to see if they can fix it? I have the avopo pro 100w scooter.
