It’s been 100 degrees outside and the AC unit has been humming and clicking during the day. The neighbor also pointed it out to me and said it was doing the same last summer. It’s been struggling to stay at 70 degrees indoors in the afternoon. I told the property manager and he said:
“The outdoor unit appears to be cycling, but I don’t notice anything in the video that immediately suggests an emergency. The condenser fan appears to be spinning normally. There are a few reasons an outdoor unit may briefly cycle, including normal system operation, built-in safety controls, or the way the compressor and condenser fan are operating together.”
Should I be concerned?
30F - I work in marketing with almost 6 YOE. I was accepted into a mentorship program at work and it’s been disappointing. The advice I’ve received is nothing I’ve never heard before and very surface level (i.e., documenting, speaking to your manager).
I’m looking for someone who knows how to navigate the corporate world and can give authentic advice and insight.

What have you done differently in the last few years that has helped change your perspective? I’d appreciate any advice and insight.
I’ve been seeing these stains on my white shirts after washing them and I’m not sure what’s causing it. The stains appear after I wash them no matter what type of detergent I use. I’ve noticed them more when using Tide.
Does anyone know what could be causing these stains? More importantly, how do I remove them?
If it helps, it’s the Uniqlo Crew Neck T-Shirt 100% cotton.
