Printed on my Kobra 4 just for fun. Very nice model no glue
I really love the Hueforge stuff. It comes out looking really great. The pictures really pop.
Had to change the heater fans on my ACE Pro 2 and thought I'd share. My first video of this type so please be nice ๐ Hope it helps
Just printed this for my nephew. Really came out great and wanted to share. I used to be scared to do a lot of supports on my enders but now I'm amazed how it does them so well in the Kobra 4. Came out really nice.
I just got the Kobra 4 combo setup for testing and started with some multi color head to head prints with my Kobra 3v2 and my S1 Max. I'll have some data later on when I can find time to do boring stuff but in the meantime here are some ducks. Printed one and then 12 to compare waste when doing multiple as well.
I also did 2 prints on each of the 3 machines. A 3 color bao bun and ducky. Didnt wanna waste too much filament but wanted to see how they all compared as far as print, speed, waste amount etc. I'll update as I progress.
I got the new Kobra 4 for testing and was planning on unboxing and printing today but my kitty has other plans. She's already eyeing the enclosure for a cozy place to nap. She is going to make my day much harder than it should be. ๐
I had not tried to print any of the Hueforge prints till this week and really love these things. They look like paintings very cool stuff. Fun to watch the different layers building up as it goes.
My latest project of the Kobra S1 Max... Gandalfs staff. About 90% complete. Need another coat or 2 to lighten up a bit, but overall very happy.
Didn't even need to use filler primer just some UV resin for joints and 120-400 grit sanding. Love how nice my prints come out on this thing. I don't even use my others anymore ..think they are getting lonely ๐
Fun project, normally you would wire batteries, board, LEDs etc all in the staff. I cheated and cut me a little drawer out and used a cheap set of car leds with remote and worked out great and made for an easy build.
Just wanted to share. Happy Printing
Got my staff painted but I think it's still a little too dark so I'll probably go over it again to blend a little lighter but happy with it so far. Happy Propping

Got it printed, sanded, glued and dark walnut base coat. Off to do the dark brown more to come.
Ok got it all sanded, glued and a nice base coat of dark walnut paint and primer. Working on the dark brown coat now. More to come.
So I finish printing and sanding. I really like the blue but it's going to get painted soon. Just need to figure out how to paint. All glued except the very top and the stone. I'll probably do base coat and then glue those on and do hadn painting from there on. We'll see still a work in progress.
Happy Printing
So this week I finally decided to print myself a Gandalf Staff..no not that cheesy white lantern thing ..The cool classic twisted wood kind. THIS ONE
I bought some cool cheap remote controled rechargeable LEDs. Then I cut myself out a little drawer and added some magnets so it stays nice and snug. These lights were cheap and easy to use. Check em out here LIGHTS
More to come.
Hey all I got a lot of people asking how I painted my flintlock so I made a quick little writeup with some pictures. I'm not so good with the explaining stuff but I like making fun things and sharing. Hope this helps.
