What cars do YOU think of when you think about the Midnight Club franchise?

I was sitting bored at work with downtime and tried to remember the most memorable cars in the franchise.

MC2: Dice’s viper
MC3 Carlos’ green monte carlo Vanessa’s pink Murcielago, SL55 AMG, Gemballa F355, CLK GTR, the ZONDA
MCLA: R34 Skyline, Karol’s datsun 280z, Saleen S7, nissan 240SX, Saleen S302 Extreme

Fill me in on what you all think is the most memorable and if it’s an opponents design specifically make sure to mention who’s!

Has anyone owned or currently any Midnight Club in-game cars?

So when I was 17 I purchased a 03’ Mitsubishi Eclipse GTS that I had lowered, freshly repainted and put some Enkei Wheels on

Then when I turned 19 I picked up a 2009 Mercedes-Benz CL550 (not 65 i know lol)

The Eclipse of course being Midnight Club 3
The CL-class being Midnight Club Los Angeles

My W212 Cost of Ownership!

Hello all this is for informative purposes, I drive my E class a lot. What’s not included in the invoice is the $500 for parts for spark plugs and ignition coils.

If the labor rate seems high believe me this is the better price compared to the competition, good ol’ American labor costs.

I would like to point out that everything on my big maintenance was preventative or just barely starting to show signs of wear, I did it early because I don’t like to get into my car thinking about the upcoming maintenance/repair that could compromise my car.

Common problems to look for M276 owners (2012-2016 V6 E class)

-Upper timing covers (done in invoice)
-Camshaft magnet o-ring (done in invoice)
-Oil filter housing gasket (done in invoice)
-PCV system (done in invoice)
-Drive belt system (pulleys and such)

Some pics in Long Beach California

There are some days I worry about the red paint and the idea of every scuff being noticable and difficult to cover. Then there are days I’m sooo glad I went with the red 😅

Just pure curiosity and wanting to see how much other 212 owners drive across the country/world 🙂

This would also be a good place to note any major services you did at certain mileages so we could inform eachother on what things are more prone to failure than others.

I have ~83,500 miles and I drive about 2,000 miles a month. (Bought the car in August 25’ with 66k miles)

for my 3.5 V6 the services that were important around the 80k mile mark were the upper timing covers, cam sensor o-rings, and the rear PCV cover.

My general service intervals -
Oil change: 5k miles
Cabin + Air filter: 10k miles
Trans Service: 40k miles
Diff Service: 40k
Spark Plugs: 60k miles

Hello all, this is uncharted territory as I never actually thought I would consider owning a Beemer.

Without going too deep into detail, I understand this is not an M2, or even a M235i.

I am not looking for any more power over like 320ish give or take which I know is definitely possible for a B48 car. I want to go with the 4 cylinder for the dynamics as from what I can see it is lighter than it’s 6 cylinder versions and it’s like the car i want to model it after (the M2 racing with the B48).

The car would probably receive a custom tune, remain catted, and the rest would be cooling and suspension/braking, potentially with weight reduction as well.

What I would love some insight on:

Will I fit? Are B48’s as solid as I read online (any tips would be great)? How do you like your F22? Also any general advice lol.

I prefer my car to feel like if I had just bought it in 2016. This engine bay detail i had gotten certainly helped keep that freshness to the car’s appearance (even tho I hardly need to pop the hood open).

I had the engine bay detailed mainly because I recently addressed a few oil leaks which were the upper timing covers & oil filter housing (very common) and they left some gunky residue which does not suit my fancy.

I do have the engine cover btw but to show off more engine I had taken it off for the video lol.

My pals who detail cars used a steam gun device, a pressure washer, and some good ol soapy brushes.
