Belly piercing is always crooked

Basically what the title says, it’s a year old but never sits like it should. Fully healed, no problems healing it. is the the jewelry or what? it’s pissing me off cuz my ocd hates when things look wrong. If i push it back to normal it’ll sit right for a bit, but it always defaults to looking like that. Didn’t have this problem until i switched the jewelry from the piece i was pierced with to this one. Wondering if anyone else has this problem. Btw the jewelry is titanium.

Car accident flashbacks

TW for vivid descriptions of flashbacks and a car accident, if you don’t wanna hear abt it, pls don’t read, and care for yourself before other people on the internet, thank you <3

hi guys. I’m 16 years old and yesterday i got in a severe head on collision at highway speeds. I was the front passenger, my bf (18) was driving and his mom was in the back seat. No major injuries besides his mom having a fractured vertebrae (this includes the other car involved.) Thank whatever being was watching over us. Starting off, don’t hate on my bf. he’s a sweet angel and has been overworked for weeks now. something, unfortunately, was bound to happen due to his sleep deprivation, stress, overworking, etc. I don’t blame him and he has since profusely apologized to me and my family for the pain he caused, and all is forgiven. I’m more so here to discuss how to deal with the flashbacks going forward. I have been experiencing intense, visceral flashbacks ever since the accident. I cannot be alone or else i’ll be thinking about it. I know it’s still fresh as hell and that’s why, but i’m trying to get coping skills early. Because i was in the front i saw everything happen. Right before impact i closed by eyes prepping to literally die right there on the highway. Luckily, i did not and promptly opened my eyes and screamed. This is especially adding to my anxiety. I keep thinking about the moments before impact, the sounds of our car spinning and the other car hitting us, the sounds of me and my bf screaming, the sirens, the chatter and noise. I can feel how it felt to have my chest forced into the seatbelt and how my body got jostled around. Not to mention the ER visit and subsequent medical treatment. (although everyone, including the highway patrol, were incredibly kind and understanding thank god.) Plus seeing my bf of a year be so scared, bloody, and hooked up to machines in the hospital didn’t help the trauma soup i had boiling. I already have a therapy appointment scheduled for next month, but that’s a long time to wait to speak to someone about a traumatic event that i wanna talk to someone about NOW, ya know? So anyway i just really really want to hear your experiences with flashbacks and how to manage them. (particularly if you also have motor vehicle based trauma.) i cannot physically be alone anymore without being a nervous wreck. Thank you for reading and pls take care of yourselves.

car accident trauma

(context for this, i am 16 years old and my bf is 18.)
hello people, currently writing in my bed trying not to move my body. i got in a severe car accident yesterday evening with my bf and his mom in the car. my bf was driving and i was front passenger. i don’t wanna talk tm about it but we got hit head on at highway speeds (twas our fault kinda) and got our shit rocked hard. The accident immediately made my suicidal thoughts come back. Everyone (including the other driver) came out relatively okay. I just have extreme bruising and so does my bf. His mom has a back and rib injury, and idk about the other driver but i heard EMT chit chat and she was okay but had a suspected broken wrist. Point of all of this being, i cannot stop thinking about it. I want to sleep all day because i all can think about is the sound of the car and me yelling to call 911. because i was front passenger i saw what was about to happen and hence also can’t stop thinking about the moments leading up to it. I’m supposed to start driving school on monday (aka 2 days after the accident). I have no idea how im gonna do that. I’ve been in 4 car accidents, 2 this month, and i just don’t know if i can get behind a wheel anymore. Additionally im having mixed feelings about my boyfriend’s role in this and how i should feel. He was sobbing in the hospital and felt incredibly horrible for the pain the caused, and i could see he felt incredibly remorseful. I’ve been dating him for a year and his driving was never scary or anything, this came out of no where. He wasn’t paying attention. I have been giving him a lot of shit recently for not paying attention and how it’s gonna get him in trouble one of these days. Look at where we are. I’m just upset and battling feelings of “i love him so much and i know he didn’t mean to” and “i hate him so much i feel like he’s so stupid.” I don’t want to leave him, i just wanna work it out. So basically what i need advice on is

  1. how should i move forward with learning how to drive, especially after a severe car accident. i need my license by february for school, so waiting to long is not an option. Just advice on how to handle road/car anxiety + car accident trauma if you can call it that

  2. how to deal with the intense mixed feelings about my bfs role in this whole thing and how i should talk to him about it.

thank you all and sorry if i used the wrong tag for this idk reddit super well.

Chronic diarrhea

Hey all, I’m coming here to ask about stomach problems with ssris. I started prozac a little more than a year ago, and recently switched to Zoloft, and i’m now switching to Cymbalta (haven’t switched yet.) I was fine until i upped my dose to 40mg of prozac, which is when the diarrhea started. I thought it would go away but it hasn’t. Even with lowering my dose and switching meds I haven’t had solid stool in months. It’s made my everyday life worse and my stomach constantly hurts now. My stool also has green bile. Has anyone else had this problem? And what would be your recommendations for medical treatment in the future? Also note getting off ssris isn’t an option for me right now. I have multiple mental health issues including OCD that are not manageable without medication. I’m mostly just wondering if this is serious problem or something that is normal.
