When I click to play through the Bmlauncher , the game launches for a sec then crashes . I already installed directXsetup from commonedist

Yesterday, I was playing Valorant around 12 a.m. At first, I experienced sudden FPS drops, followed by ping issues. I thought it was because of my broadband connection. Then, the FPS drops became much worse.

When I tried to Alt+Tab, my entire PC started lagging.

I closed Valorant using Task Manager, but when I pressed the Windows key and tried to search for Valorant, even Windows Search wasn't working.

After a while, everything started working again, so I reopened Valorant. However, it became unresponsive, and when I Alt+Tabbed again, my entire PC froze.

I had also experienced a Blue Screen of Death before this incident. After that, I used DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) to perform a clean installation of my graphics driver.

This doesn't happen with any other games. I play Red Dead Redemption 2 and other demanding games without any issues. The problem only occurs with Valorant.

Having with my teammates who use Excitel , sudden disconnection then high ping . Not happening with others who Dont use Excitel

I have been experiencing this issue since yesterday. I'm suddenly getting disconnected from the game and have to restart it every time. I've spoken to other players who use Excitel and play Valorant, and they're experiencing the same issue. However, players who don't use Excitel are not facing this problem.

I have been using excitel since 2019.I live in a government society.I'm shifting within the same locality. I have called them multiple times and talked to different executives. They all give the same bot reply: "Aapka old connection hai, hum nahi karte shift. Aapka local provider lagata hai apna khud ka router."

If you talk to the local provider, he replies that he can't shift my connection until Excitel updates my address. Again, I contact Excitel. Now they note my new address and tell me that it will cost ₹500 to shift my connection, but the next day I receive a call from them with the same bot reply.

I have a plan left until January. Neither will they refund my money, nor are they willing to shift my connection. On the app, they advertise hassle-free connection shifting but won't do shit.

It’s not like I have a short attention span, but I have to watch the entire Short again in case I miss a part. On the original YouTube, the seek bar is still there.
