Items in order were missing and items are resealed in which a frozen item packaging was damaged so I asked the delivery guy to get a replacement because Swiggy cs was not responding even after contacting 5 agents the last one promised a supervisor will call me which didn't happen in last 3 hours of yet, so the delivery guy bring the replacement and the store reseal the same pack with heat sealer, i would have not noticed this if I didn't marked the package

And eventually i have to go to the store with the delivery agent and all packets were damaged there and picked up some different items instead

Don't buy frozen items from Swiggy Instamart and always check for seals because they are resealing
