Hey everyone, so I just finished my A-level exams this month and wanted to ask if anyone knows anything about special consideration.
My dad had an unexpected open-heart surgery right in the middle of my exams, which I feel affected my focus and studying quite a lot. I tried emailing the British Council in my country, but they said special consideration has to be registered before the exams, which confused me.
I’m a private candidate, so I don’t really have teachers or an exams officer to reach out to. Just wondering if there’s anything I can still do or anyone else I should contact? Thanks :)
I’ll be trying to apply for special consideration from unis in general too but I just wanted to try for the actual exams too
