190lb (6’4) Currently down 30+ lbs and working my way down till the end of august before starting a lean bulking phase. But i want to set realistic expectations for the next 6 weeks and set a good goal to get to. So getting a good bf% estimate would help as i think i want to hit 15% and think im about 18% currently. that should be 5-10 lbs away, unless my calculations are off so it would help to just dial that in.

I feel like my arms and abs look closer to mid teens but my back is holding a lot of the fat that drives my bf higher. Added photos of both flexed and relaxed after an upper workout.

Anyone ever have mallet finger?

just got an injury to my non dominant middle finger, mallet finger which is essentially a torn ligament below your top knuckle. Just wondering if you continued playing through it, how long it took to recover and anything you learned to help speed things up. All i’ve been told by my doctors is to keep it in a splint and wait for a specialist appointment and no playing for 8 weeks, but just want to know what others experiences are and what to expect as i wasn’t really told much.

Improving GK cardio

Hi all, just wondering if anyone has exercises on how to improve cardio preferably solo as my team doesn’t wanna practice outside of our games. I started to play 11s and find myself making a save and maybe distributing the ball a few times in quick succession and feel gassed, if my guys slip up right away i’m worried i won’t be able to make another save or sprint out.

Anyone got any training drills? maybe just sprints i’m thinking, but if anyone has a way to structure that, that would be good.

Sometimes i just scan ChatGPT

Took inspiration from the previous post scanning a reciept into macrofactor, this morning i got a sub from a local well known joint, chatgpt was able to look up the menu and i described what i got and it gave me macros. Just another helpful tip if you forgot to take a photo!

Jerk & Peri Chicken with kale Caesar and roasted sweet potatoes

Hi all, i went a bit crazy for lunch and yeah… Jerk chicken are skin on thighs, and Peri chicken was skin on breast and wing drums. Kale caesar had some roasted chickpeas and roasted sweet potato chunks.

I didnt eat the skin on either the chickens but happy to have estimates with or without it.
