I have three different paths I could take, what spread and question would be best?

I’m interested in getting into the water/wastewater treatment industry as a career change. Currently I don’t have any training (but do have transferable skills) and there is a “water treatment plant operator technician” job posting I’m applying for. I’m currently doing research in case I am (hopefully) selected for an interview.

One thing that I found in my research was online training from California State University-Sacramento’s Office of Water Programs. A local community college also offers an in-person water technician certificate as well as a relevant associate’s degree.

Which of these would be most appropriate to pursue? Like I want to be able to speak to what my plan is to become as effective as I can at the job including education/training path.

I also read that there’s been issues with cybersecurity threats in the industry. There are of course certificates I can pursue (like CompTIA) but the local community college also offers an associate’s degree in cybersecurity.

Any advice on the best plan? Based on the state of the industry.

I’ve been in healthcare and want to transition to something else ASAP. I was initially thinking tech but based on all the posts I’ve seen about people pivoting from tech to healthcare plus AI taking many jobs, not so sure anymore.

Does anyone have any recommendations on what exactly to pivot into? If seeking minimal contact with other people. Ideally with a decent wage (doesn’t need to be crazy high, just enough for the basics).

I have a few suspicious moles that the last Dermatologist I saw was unconcerned about but I swear they’re very suspect (they literally look like pictures I’ve seen when doing research which is what prompted me to go to the doctor in the first place).
