Firmware update for Classic

I have a Cowboy Classic which I bought in 2023. I haven’t used my bike in almost a year, so I believe the firmware is out of date (v4.21.5). However, I’m not seeing any option or menu to update my bike. My phone is properly connected to the bike so I don’t think that's the issue.

Is this the current version or should I have an update prompt somewhere?

Manual Winding causes Rotor Spin

I got my Classic Dream Powermatic 80 a month or two ago and recently, I’m noticing that winding the watch using the crown causes the rotor to spin (very noticeable sound and feel) whereas normally the crown just made some clicks when winding.

Is this normal or should I get it checked?

Unable to make an Apple Store Purchase

I’m trying to order AirPods Max from the Apple Store using my Apple Account balance.

I haven’t been able to make my order for the past few days because the payment keeps declining, so this morning I called Apple Support who said that there was some kind of lock on my account (something to do with fraud prevention) but they have removed it so I can make my purchase. I have also gotten an email confirming this.

I successfully placed my order for same day delivery but it got cancelled by Apple a few hours later, when I contacted them again they said it was due to some verification issue again.

Does anyone know what’s going on?

Edit: My Apple Account had more than enough balance to place the order (currently waiting on a refund from the cancelled order before placing a new one), none of my credit cards were charged or detected any issues, and I’ve never had any unpaid balance or account security issue with Apple.

How comfortable are the AirPods Max?

I'm stuck between the AirPods Max and the Sony XM6. I've been a user of AirPods Pros for a long time and most of my devices are Apple, so I really appreciate the easy intergration with Apple devices and Apple Music without needing to use another app. I'm confident both have great sound quality but those reasons have me wanting the AirPods, and I also don't mind the price difference.

However, my main use case for over-ear headphones is for flights (typically 4-6 but sometimes up to 9 hours) and drives of around 3-4 hours. I know the AirPods Max are pretty heavy compared to the XM6 and I was wondering if it's enough to be very uncomfortable for long periods of listening.
