What the hell is wrong with dealerships? I've never seen someone try to scam so hard. She obviously didn't do it. Got her oil change/tires rotated, and bounced.

I'm 6'6" currently riding a Motobecane sport, and it's incredibly uncomfortable. It's the right size (29), but the problem is the geometry of my body when I'm riding.
I'm hunched forward, I can't sit up straight/lean back to relax, and after a couple miles my hands/wrists get tingly/numb because of the force of me leaning forward. I'm sure I can adjust some things to make it better, but I'm just kind of done with it.
I am only casually riding around my neighborhood with my son. I don't love the goofy handlebars of a cruiser bike, but realistically it's what I need. For a cheap option ($300~$500), what should I be looking for? Thanks!
