I (F18)met this guy (M19) at work, it was in a truely terrible restaurant. We got along from the minute we met, it was instant. I thought he was hot from the start. He's recently admitted the same. But he's a flirt. With everyone, and over the time we have known eachother he's shown more interest in everyone who isn't me.

I recently stopped working at this restaurant to focus on uni. I was out a few days ago, and got drunk. I ended up messaging him. And admitted all the feelings that hadn't been said. We talked and he claims to feel the same. But isn't acting or saying anything which proves that.

After the past few days I dont think he actually likes me, rather I think he just likes the attention. Whenever we speak, all he wants to hear is about how I like him, then refuses to say anything real back. It's looking one sided as shit but this just isn't what I expected.

I have been so put off by this but how do you go back on yourself after a week like this?
