Teehee :3

If no-one sees me, it doesn't matter that I don't pass. Just keep wearing masks, tinted glasses, and the hood from the hoodie's on and everything will be fine :3

I hate my body

So basically. I've been on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for a year now. However, despite this, I noticed absolutely no changes. I also saw many other trans girls around me get a lot of changes and even pass with less time and smaller doses than me. Recently, with blood tests, I learned that despite taking my pills everyday at around the same time, my estrogen levels are barely higher than cis men levels and nowhere near cis girls levels or expected levels for my dose. I've also checked with many other trans girls and my dosage is apparantly good, my endo is not under-dosing me.

I am no doctor, but my best bet is that my liver is the best fucking liver known to humanity and is so good at its job that it is filtering the estrogen out before it reaches my blood.

On the other hand, my anti-testosterone pills have been working WONDERS and have nuked T out of this world, every alternate universe and from every plane of existance. This would usually be GREAT news, however, because of the situation with estrogen, it means my body has basically been running with no gender hormone for a while now. I've heard this can cause bad shit like weaker bones and depressive symptoms, although those are from google so I can't say about the accuracy of this information. If anyone here knows better what happens when someone has neither testosterone nor esteogen for a while, I'd like to know what kind of trouble I am into.

Edit: I see a lot of people talk about injections. However, that is impossible for me to get. I live in the province of Québec, Canada. In here, we have free healthcare, but when it comes to hrt, it's a little weird. Pills and gel are free, patches are only free if you have a condition that prevents the use of pills or gel, otherwise it costs something and injections are simply not covered no matter what. I do NOT have the money to go diy or take one of the paid options (patches and injections). I NEED it to be free, which means I either stick with pills that don't work or go with sensory-nightmare gel that frankly sounds like it would make me cry everytime I feel it on my skin.

Edit 2: I have never smoked, vaped, drank or taken drugs of my life. I haven't even taken any coffee or energy drinks because I'm too scared of how caffeine would affect me.

Seeking information about SM

Hai!

So to make a long story short, a few days ago I got triggered when a friend talked of some topics that are traumatic to me. Because of this, I had became mute for the entire rest of the day and ended up crying because it felt so painful to want to talk, but be unable to do so. Its about only the third time I become mute because I get triggered by my trauma and I usually don't become mute otherwise. I might speak less in some situations, like if I get overwhelmed, but I never become fully mute except when I get triggered. However, when I am overwhelmed, it usually takes significant effort to speak.

I have made a copping meme about this event and had posted it in a few subreddits made to post copping memes. In the comments of one of them, someone posted a link to this subreddit.

So, I am here to ask a few questions. First, what really is selective mutism? I can get an idea of it by the name and by stories on here, but I wanna be sure I get it right. Second, does my experience fit into this? Its perfectly fine if it doesn't, I'm just curious and wants to figure things out.

Also, stupid thing I know, but if I wrote anything in this post that is a no-no, let me know. I'm still very new to all of this

Hai :3

I want to write a story, but I'm struggling to find a name for a very important female character. I've technically already found a name a like, Mia, but that is also the name of someone I know IRL and I don't want this character wearing that person's name, especially not with the things I plan to have her go through.

So, what I'm looking for is a female name that gives off small and cute vibes, the kind of name that makes you picture a small, harmless girl. I'd prefer if the name was short in spelling too, but that's not absolutely necessary. I've already though of names like Olivia, Emmie and Aya, but I'm honestly not fully satisfied with those.

Good luck :3
(Note: I do not consider this important for the name, but the character is a catgirl, not just a human.)
