Looking at a 2015 CX‑5 AWD with 350,000 km on it. Seller wants $2,900 CAD OBO.
Known issues:
Needs exhaust work (seller just says “bad exhaust leak”)

Otherwise claims it runs and drives fine

Just wondering if the frame/underneath looks bad or if this is pretty normal for a car its age in Nova Scotia. ( it's a 09) Pics aren’t the best, but hoping they’re clear enough for someone who knows rust to give me a quick take.
