My partner, best friend, and I got to meet Jordan Morris as a free comic con event at a library in our area yesterday. We bought a couple of his comics and he signed them. He was so nice and it was great to meet him. I’m bummed I got shy and didn’t ask for a photo.
I’m 30 and trans masc (they/them). I started testosterone at the end of May 2025 so my facial hair has been slowing growing since then. I finally ordered an electric razor and tonight was my first time shaving my face. I shaved the patchy spots so my facial hair looks even better now and I’ve been feeling lots of gender euphoria tonight!
I’m not sure how she wasn’t falling off the tree because nearly half her body was dangling but apparently it was comfortable.
Other Pokémon that take 400 candy to evolve have a candy distance of 1km so I’m surprised to see that snom is 5km.
She’s on pain meds from her vet because she’s been limping and they’re making her very loopy.
I’m curious to hear thoughts on park entrance wayspot nominations. I’ve seen a few come up while reviewing and I am always torn on approving or rejecting them. In the supporting information of this specific nomination, it’s noted that the nomination is for the trail access point not the informational sign but they put the sign as the main photo. I rejected it because the main photo doesn’t match the title or description but if that hadn’t been the issue, would y’all have approved a park entrance nomination?
This was my second visit with him and I didn’t have high hopes based on the first visit but starting off with misgendering me again made me rage. He said “Ms (first name)” and I said “just (first name) please”. Then he said he needs to tell the front desk to write it in my chart because I’m “sensitive”. I said asking for basic respect has nothing to do with sensitivity. I’m autistic and tend to get especially blunt when I don’t feel safe or heard (both of which this doctor made me feel) and controlling my volume is also hard. He definitely thought I was being combative/arguing when I was just trying to assert myself multiple times when he was being repeatedly discriminatory in several different ways. It was obvious that he viewed me and my partner as women (we’re both trans masc) based on his reactions which is just so infuriating to not be able to escape misogyny.
I convinced myself to take a short walk after a terrible doctor’s appointment and these two catches lifted my spirits.
She’s usually a fairly quiet cat and doesn’t make many noises but when the bubbles come out, she immediately starts chirping. I didn’t catch the chirps in this video but the way she pops the bubbles was too cute not to share.
