Admission to Psych Ward

Hi, I’m currently having a hard time with my mental health. I’m going to therapy and on medication but sometimes I feel like I’m a danger to myself and I’ve been thinking about checking into the psych ward.

Something that is holding me back is the condition of the place. I’m aware they will
confiscate your electronic devices and hold
you with other patients who may not be in the same state mind as you.

Personally I’ve never been to a psych ward, only the ER. Has anyone ever been to one? All the ones I’ve read online are from overseas, so this would be of great help. Thanks

Navel piercing troubleshoot

I got my navel done two weeks ago, titanium and internally threaded.

I’m just worried about the placement of it? Sometimes it looks like it’s leaning to the left side of my body and idk if it’s the swelling because sometimes it looks fine.

Also, the ball on the top is irritated? I’ve cleaned it twice a day with saline and also rinsing after with water and patting dry with clean tissue. I’ve also wearing loose fitting clothes or crop tops to let it breathe. It’s been a little sore and itchy, and today when i was showering i noticed white stuff around it and i just rinsed it off.

I’ve searched it up online and apparently this is normal. I’m just a bit concerned about it. Will this go away? Thanks a lottttt

Lithium nausea

Yeah I don’t know if it’s just me? Honestly, this medication has been lifesaving and I’m grateful that my psychiatrist put me on it. The only thing that I can’t get over is the taste I’m on 750mg of lithium and take two and a half tablets per day .

NO ONE TOLD ME HOW AWFUL THIS TASTES and how it will dissolve in your mouth in u don’t swallow fast enough. I need to down it with some sweet beverage or else I will choke on it and throw it all up. I’ve literally dry heaved after taking it with normal water and yeah maybe i’m dramatic but the taste is just wayyyyy too much for me and i take traditional chinese medicine that is also bitter.

And after that, I get the worst bloating and nausea ever. Does anyone else experience that?

Got my first facial piercing!

had been contemplating getting an eyebrow piercing for months and finally bit the bullet and got one! IM SO IN LOVE, and thinking bout getting a lip one next hehe. Hope it heals well and i can change it to some other jewellery.
