Had to bake a few assorted muffins (cornbread, blueberry, lemon poppy seed, Raisin Bran & chocolate chip) for a breakfast meeting some time back. Every single one was gone before I had the chance to taste them 😂

Flowers after heavy rains somewhere in the East African savanna

The mulberry tree in my garden had quite an abundance of berries, so I gathered a bunch to ferment wine 🍷

I did each bottle a day apart. One bottle is darker because it more concentrated than the lighter one. I wanted to see if there’s a difference in flavor when the concentration varies. They’re still bubbling away, though one more than the other. *Can’t wait to try them in a few days!* 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽

The mulberry tree in my garden is fruiting really well, and I’m making the most of this opportunity. I baked a mulberry crumble with a simple streusel, and then I drizzled some mulberry syrup to add some razzle-dazzle

They tasted great though 😅
