"I TOLD YOU TO KNOCK BEFORE BREAKING IN DUMBASS!"

I know little about older sister things so I asked an expert older sister for suggestions and this is what I got.

Sharing the rough storyboards for my post-canon KonoSuba doujinshi

Hail and well met, fellow friends.

Whenever I embark upon the creation of an all-ages doujinshi, I make it a point of duty to share a portion of my progress upon at least one public platform, so that I might benefit from the discerning eyes and constructive criticisms of my peers. As this marks my very first venture into completing a work dedicated to KonoSuba, I find myself in dire need of your counsel; hence, I humbly crave your indulgence in permitting me to post my progresses here.

The work in question is a doujinshi of a slice-of-life nature, set many a year after the grand finale of the original light novel series—a future born entirely of my own imagination. As a significant period has elapsed since I last read the original novels, and given that this particular piece carries an element of an alternate timeline, I have set myself quite the challenge. Furthermore, this is my maiden attempt at drafting the script first in Japanese before translating it back into mother tongue. Consequently, I am acutely aware that both my text and narrative arrangement may require your invaluable guidance and corrections.

Of late, my hours have been fiercely divided; outside of my daily employment, I am also participating in several other anthology projects, alongside a doujinshi dedicated to Witch on the Holy Night. Over the past fortnight and a half, whenever a flash of inspiration struck, I would snatch a moment from my duties to put pen to paper. Through these fits and starts, I have finally completed the 28-page storyboard, appendices included.

Attached herewith are 24 pages of the aforementioned storyboard for your perusal. You may notice certain inconsistencies in the characters' postures or scene transitions; these are likely owing to the passage of time blurring my memory during the drawing process. I welcome your strict and honest critiques on these shortcomings, as well as any other faults you may find.

To grace the top of this post, I leave you with the storyboard draft of my short afterword manga. Look forward to your esteemed feedback.

Failed my application to Summer Comi this year.

Didn’t get a booth for Summer Comi this year, guessing it’s because I was approved but didn't show up last year so it ended up with an added penalty. Due to this, the doujinshi I was planning to exhibit this summer is now on hold. I’ll try to look for a proxy booth for a few more days, but if I can’t find one I’ll probably just release all the remaining drafts and call it quits.

I’ve already finished the storyboards for the entire doujin — 24 main pages plus 4 extra pages. But without a booth at Summer Comi, there’s no real way to make back anything from it. Here’s a preview of some of the pages. Please enjoy.
