I currently have -7 in my right eye and around 4 in my left and i'm really scared since i can't do lasik till i'm 21 and fear retinal detachment. It's really high and i'm considering contact lenses to help reduce the power? It really increased in covid time and it's not stopping. I'm in front of my laptop all day so it really can't get any better.
