ABAP Cloud service instance unavailable in Eclipse ADT

Hi, I'm unable to log in to my ABAP Cloud system through Eclipse ADT. It shows “The ABAP Server is in run level ‘internal’”.

Opening the ABAP web URL also shows “Service Instance Currently Unavailable.”

Any idea what could be causing this or how to fix it?

Looking for ideas on building an incremental tracker with Shortcuts + Data Jar

I'm trying to build a generic tracker using Apple Shortcuts and Data Jar, and I'd love to hear how others would approach it.

The idea is:

  • Tap a shortcut.
  • Choose an item from a list.
  • Increment a counter for that item.
  • Save the current date/time as the last time it was tracked.
  • Be able to view stats later (total count, last tracked, etc.).

I'm curious if anyone has built something similar and has suggestions for making it scalable as the number of tracked items grows.

Any examples, screenshots, or Shortcut ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Made a Shortcut to save Word of the Day to Apple Notes

It fetches Merriam Webster’s Word of the Day, summarizes it with LLM into a short format with pronunciation, meaning and an example, then appends it to a single Apple Notes note automatically.

Budget Tracker Shortcut

Hi! I made a simple Shortcut that asks for an item name and amount, then appends it to an Apple Note (see screenshots).

I’d like to add a remaining budget feature. For example, set an initial budget (e.g. ₹5000), store it somewhere (maybe Data Jar?), subtract each new expense from it, save the updated value, and display the remaining budget after every entry.

Is Data Jar the best way to do this, or is there a better/easier method? Thanks!

Dynpro Screen Overflow After Uploading Screen to Another System

UPDATE: ISSUE RESOLVED. THANKS to those who helped. i’ll update with how I made it work in a while.

We migrated a custom SAP development from System A to System B and changed the namespace during the process.

Example:
/ABC/PROGRAM → YXYZ_PROGRAM

Most objects work fine after renaming. However, when we download a Dynpro/screen from System A and upload it into System B, we get a “screen overflow” error. Even after updating all obvious references to the new namespace, the screen still doesn’t work correctly.

Has anyone encountered screen overflow or Dynpro upload issues after a namespace change? Are there hidden dependencies in screens that don’t get updated automatically during download/upload?

899/- for 3 months - JioHotsar issue

My previous recharge was 899/- for 3 months as well. that time i got jio hotstar access, i could watch and download anything

i recharged with the same pack 5 days ago. this time, im unable to view lots of shows and movies and its asking me to upgrade my jio hotstar - even though on the myjio app it says i have jiohostar access until august 29.

When sideloading this on SideStore, it says error 1491.

Works fine in live container.

But can’t use widgets.

Tried various ipas. Same issue.

What’s the workaround?

Daikin or Blue Star? Which AC to buy.

Not sure if this is the right subreddit, sorry I’m new.

Both models are 1.5 ton split inverter AC.

Similar price for both. (1k difference)

Need it in my Hall.

How’s the cooling/servicing.

- gonna be worn below tucked out casual shirts and jeans mostly

- five days a week

- office commute is via scooter (not trains)

-priority is comfort.

would prefer low tapered less chunky options.

for reference: i like the look of PUMA Ascenso or Kayzers.
