Gas prices

Remember back in the day people would drive across the city for a 5 cent difference in gas prices? You can’t see it too good, but the Husky in the background has gas at 1.50.9. That’s a 16cent difference. WTF?

Prop blades update

A couple weeks ago, I posted asking if prop blades were interchangeable between the different series. My Atom 2 had A2’s and B2’s installed, but supplied A4’s and B2’s as replacements. I wasn’t sure if the A4’s would work.

Well I went ahead and put them on, and they work fine. Just make sure to check for the line on the arms and match the letters. My A’s went on the line arms.

To take a casual stroll across a busy runway

An airbus A321 Los Angles to Denver was taking off when it a pedestrian on the runway. Apparently, someone was walking across the runway after scaling a fence. Take-off was immediately aborted due to engine fire and passengers disembarked using emergency exits.
