Got copc allotted today (97.03%ile). But I also applied for LNMIIT and PES Bangalore, which will release merit lists in June and late May respectively. I don’t want to lose Thapar as an option, If I pay the fee now, and decide to choose another college later, will I be eligible for a refund?

I am 18 and can grow a decent, somewhat dense moustache and some chin hair. But I have no sideburns, very soft fine hair on the cheek. I grew a moustache around the age of 14 and it gradually became more dense, I have it denser than many friends with full beards. Are there any hopes for sideburns developing in the future? Or am I just stuck with upper lip hair for life

I was considering LNMIIT due to close distance but I have no problem in going to Karnataka colleges if they offer better opportunities.
A few things to note
- at manipal I’d get 25% ex-servicemen ward scholarship on tuition fee
- Hostel and quality of life matter to me
