I got mes kuttipuram round 1 and round 2. I joined mes but I got another college outside Kerala through counselling. What is the process to withdraw seat after round 3 A a

I booked seat at Reva University. I might refund it if i get a better college through comedk I paid 1.5 lakh. They said I will get full refund if
I apply for it before admission date following UGC refund policy ( Universal Grants Claim). When is this admission date.

What is the fees. They’re saying 4.5 for ise through direct. Is it the same for comedk Reva university
