Saw this art trend going around, and got the idea.

Design inspired from the Gandharan soldier sculpture from Bharhut. This is my imagination of the young to be king, as a wandering mercenary in North western India, travelling and learning from Chanakya.

See no evil, Hear no evil, Say no evil - this proverb never sat right with me. So I decided to reimagine this as I think it should be.

Look out for evil, Be alert for evil and speak out against evil!

Admittedly I have used bacon instead of Guanciale (does anyone know where I can get that or other deli cuts in Pune?)

made with Homemade mascarpone too (very easy to make, dont buy the exensive prepackaged stuff).
