How do you guys keep all of your information organized?

I did a family tree on ancestry a few years ago when you can get it for like a dollar and want to pick it back up. I don't have the money to spend so I was thinking of just going through FamilySearch as it has a lot of information.

My only real problem is I have a really hard time keeping track of all of the information and keeping it organized enough to double check my work to make sure i'm not adding stuff the looks close enough. I had the issue even when i had ancestry.

I was considering jotting it down on paper but I wouldn't have the references.

I own mineral and property rights. So I can just go as deep as I want as long as I am not interfering with anything else right? I have no need or want to do so, and I assume the answer is yes, but I want to know if its correct or if its one of those "yes, but actually no" situations.

It is so annoying. Luckily it only really happens from music sometimes movies where I'll get so into it that it feels intense, the type of stuff that gives you chills. I think it's literally just excitement, it gets my heart racing and adrenaline going the same way as being anxious and I need to take a break because it feels like I am going to spiral into a panic. I mean its a good feeling but its so intense I wish I could just enjoy it without worrying that I'm enjoying something too much that I'll get anxious.

I'm still kinda new to this and having a pretty stressful week so I feel like I need something easier for a couple days. I worked up to the point I can go to a park really close to my house and I don't really get anxious there but I don't really just sit anywhere for a long time, maybe 10 minutes before I get bored and go home. If the park is already pretty easy is there any point in staying there for a long time? My thought is that maybe it isnt necessarily getting me used to the anxiety but getting me used to being out of the house for a long time.
