The new album being so heavily inspired by corporate imagery, as well as its Japanese influences would make for some super interesting conversation. Erza had his episode going to the sampling that was used on Step, they could go on for days discussing the sampling choices that Avalanches have made over the years, especially since they sampled so many TC-esque bands, like The Roches, Alan Parsons Project etc.

Also topically, they had an incredible release with David Berman on Wildflower with Saturday Night Inside Out, and his lyricism was all over We Will Always Love You. Wildflower to me fits the Cosmic Americana chat perfectly too, albeit in a different style.

I'm at 50mg now, and sometimes it feels too strong and sometimes it feels no different to any of the others, and im struggling to wrap my head around it. My GP sort of just signs off whatever I ask for, without going into detail really, which makes my life easy, especially when I'm somebody who when I put on the spot, I'm very 'yep cool no worries' without taking a moment to think about what I truly need.

Obviously pretty much everyones after pics look great, but it all just makes me super uncomfortable, this shit can’t be good for you?

With how fast the new car is, and the expansion to more regular circuits, is the new car going to almost be too fast for these?

Not speaking from a safety standpoint so much, but just from a racing standpoint

Have had this thought for a short while, and the reaction to Spilt Milk has definitely brought to the front of my mind, how will Laneway handle their lineup this time round? Can they bring back the semi recent formula of say 4 large names as headliners, or can they manage again to pull in 1 major name to get the sales.

I've never put effort into maintaining myself properly, have always had a solidly strong rugby player type build, but would like to tone it a bit. I know literally nothing about creatine and all that stuff, and honestly I don't even really have any idea about protein even.

What's it all for? What's actually worth the time and money?

Also what workouts do you guys do to not wind up getting bored?

I've never ventured into selling my older clothes, typically just avoid the hassle and donate them, but I've a bunch of Palace stuff that im wondering whether it's maybe worth it. Nothing particularly specials, no grails or anything, just some tee's, a couple long sleeves and a couple fleeces.

Now to start with, the circuit is obviously an approved by the FIA Grade 1 circuit, but I can't help but see La Monumental (and a handful of other corners) and worry about the potential for serious accident.

Now that we've seen F1 26 gameplay of the circuit, and we've got a good idea of how the circuit is driven, it's further exposed the lack of meaningful runoff areas in truly high speed sections of track.

The flat out but continuously turning run from turn 3, through turn 4, to the awkward chicane of turns 5 and 6 worries me. We saw Bearman's Suzuka accident happen in a very similar section of track, a long semi blind right hander, into a heavy braking zone (but a somewhat shallow apex). Major difference is the lack of runoff to the left of the circuit on entry, and relatively minimal runoff beyond turn 5. An accident similar to Bearman's could be catastrophic.

Turns 10 and 11 are next in my concerns. Super fast entry, undulating with high speed maintained throughout, all of which with nothing but a concrete wall directly on the racing line on exit. The likelihood of Jeddah-like impacts here is much higher than I'd like to be comfortable with. Of course, when circuits are featured in F1 games before they're seen in real life, there's often minor differences, but what I've seen of the corner in construction photos and videos, the virtual version of this corner seems to match quite well with what we'll see in September.

The sketchy 10 and 11 lead into the already iconic corner of the track, La Monumental. Similar to the final corner of Zandvoort, but a much longer radius, seems from a drivers perspective to be not particularly challenging, but open for carnage in the case of mechanical failure.

I'm not from the US, but have watched NASCAR and Indycar practically my entire life, I've seen hundreds of accidents on ovals and I've come to know how these accidents often play out. When cars hit the outside wall, gravity typically washes them back down the track, but in the case of U.S speedways, there's plenty of track width and track apron to use for avoidance. La Monumental doesn't have much of either. What happens if there's an accident towards the front of the field in the early laps of the race when the field is still tightly wound together? With the rest of the pack flying into a blind, flat out, narrow, continuous banked corner? I don't really want to think about it frankly.

These parts of the track are undoubtedly spectacular, and I think the opinions of many regarding the layout will be changed at the sight of real world cars taking them at real world speeds, but the Madring has been added to a growing list of new circuits that push the limits of safety to an edge we had been moving away from.

Racing will never be 'safe' obviously, but there's unavoidable risk (the sport of motor racing in general) and avoidable risk. The likes of Jeddah, a few corners of Baku, the final corner of Las Vegas, and the corners of Madring that I have mentioned are all risks that could've been mitigated in the design phase, before we ever see a horrific result. The closer we push to this edge, the closer we get to an incident that will change the sport forever.

Forever ive had people questioning whether or not I'm half asian (I'm 100% caucasian, but my eyes just y'know, have a certain shape to them lol). I've never thought anything of it and its never affected my life in any way other than the odd questions here and there, but I feel like it could create some interesting circumstances for others
