Have you noticed a change in your personality since you first started gear or any other PEDs? I do not mean the short term stuff, like feeling like garbage and getting angry when you are two weeks deep into a PCT on 25mg of Enclo every day.

I am talking about longer term, deeper, and more gradual changes in how you actually act. It could be in terms of your ego getting bigger, how you treat other people, or just a permanent shift in your general mindset over the years. Have you guys experienced any real personality changes like this?

i finally stopped waiting for the perfect time to take care of myself

There are days when my recovery isn't about managing the breakdowns; it's about battling the crushing numbness that turns every little effort into an insurmountable hike. For months I’ve been consumed by the mess in my apartment, the creeping guilt of being unable to even keep a house plant alive a constant, visible manifestation of how much I feel I’m failing elsewhere. Last weekend I decided to attempt one small thing. I was mindlessly scrolling through Alibaba late one night and landed on this beautiful, very simple, very earthy flower pot. When it arrived, instead of it joining the ranks of other impulse buys that gather dust, I rushed to the shop, bought a particularly stubborn succulent, and actually put it in the pot. Now it sits beside the window and every morning as I sip my coffee, having that splash of green on the sill has, somehow, started to change things. It reminds me that my life doesn’t need to be perfectly pieced together in order to have a space that feels worthy of me. Recovery is an evolution, and it seems like I'm discovering that much of it takes place in the quiet hum of gentle action, of doing one small, loving thing for the space around you. Anyone else find the power of nesting in a messy mental space?

Has anyone tried taking their GLP-1 with a high-fat meal on purpose to see if it slows absorption? (For science, obviously.)

I know the label says to take it on an empty stomach for injectables, but I'm curious if anyone has experimented with timing around meals to reduce side effects. Don't get me wrong, I am def not recommending it, really just wondering.

Dangbei N2 Mini has become my go-to travel projector

A couple of months ago I bought the Dangbei N2 Mini specifically for travel after reading some solid long-term reviews, and for around $200 it’s honestly been worth every penny. It’s compact enough to slide into my carry-on backpack without taking up much space, and the built-in gimbal stand makes setup incredibly easy. During a recent two-week trip it became one of my favorite travel gadgets, whether in hotel rooms or Airbnbs, I could get it running in under a minute thanks to the reliable auto focus and keystone correction. The native 1080p picture looks sharp, and having official Netflix and YouTube apps built in meant I didn’t have to mess around with extra devices. It’s not the brightest projector out there, but with the curtains closed it looks fantastic even at around 100 inches.

shat my pants on a date because of reta and I want to disappear

so this actually happened and i need to tell someone because i've been sitting with the embarrassment for three days now. went on a date, things were going well, and then out of nowhere my stomach just gave up on me completely. i knew i wasn't going to make it to the bathroom in time and i was right. i panicked, made up an excuse, flaked on the rest of the night and just went home. she texted me after asking if everything was okay and i said i wasn't feeling well which is technically true. haven't responded since and i feel like a complete douchebag for ghosting her because of this. she did nothing wrong, i'm just too mortified to explain what actually happened. reta you really said not today huh

I literally get zero deep sleep. Will 1-2 IU of HGH actually help my recovery without causing suppression?

I have a clinic consult next week for low dose HGH. I plan to start TRT too but I am not sure which to do first. My main question is what the chances of suppression or desensitization are at 1 to 2 IU. Also, should I do the shots every day or every other day? My goal is purely to heal some tendonitis and see if it helps my sleep. I get zero deep N3 sleep according to multiple sleep studies and my neurologist has no clue why. I wake up feeling terrible and my overall recovery is awful. I am just hoping a short term, low dose experiment will help me get some actual rest. Has anyone tried this just for sleep and healing?

Hi all, first time posting here so bear with me! I'm trying to create a little outdoor movie tent experience for my kids and their friends, think fairy lights, bean bags, the whole thing. I want to project onto the inside of a large white canopy tent, roughly 10x10 feet. I've never bought a projector before so I'm starting completely from scratch. I came across the Dangbei N2 Mini and the Vankyo Leisure 470 while browsing, but the spec sheets honestly mean nothing to me. I don't know what throw ratio means, whether keystone correction matters for tent ceilings, or if any projector can just hook up to a Fire Stick without a fuss. My budget is pretty tight, around $200 to $300. The setups will always be at night so brightness might be less of an issue, but I want the picture to actually look decent for the kids. Any parents or beginners who've done something like this, I'd love your thoughts!

i dont know if this post fits this sub but just wanted to see if anyone knows how life insurance works when you are on gear. I have a court date for my divorce and I am required to get a policy, but I know they do a full medical exam and bloodwork. I have been blasting and cruising for about 18 months and I am currently running 250mg of test and 350mg of mast. Will the insurance company deny me if they see this stuff in my system without a script? I am considering trying to get a legitimate TRT prescription through an online clinic so I can at least explain the testosterone, but I am not sure if I should just come off everything instead. If I do come off, how long do I need to wait before my blood looks normal enough to pass the exam or get a script? I am basically just winging this and the clock is ticking, so any advice is appreciated.

I've suspected I have sleep apnea for years (loud snoring, waking up tired, morning headaches). I finally bought a home sleep test (WatchPAT ONE) out of pocket, about $300.

Before Zepbound: AHI 27 (moderate), oxygen nadir 84%. My PCP wanted me on CPAP.

I started Zepbound 6 months ago, lost 45lbs. Didn't think much about my sleep.

After Zepbound (recent repeat test): AHI 9 (mild, borderline normal), oxygen nadir 91%. No more morning headaches. My husband says I rarely snore now.

The SURMOUNT-OSA trial showed similar results (62% reduction in AHI), but that was in people with moderate-to-severe OSA and obesity. Seeing it in my own data is different.

I still have mild OSA (AHI 9 is usually treated in people with symptoms), but I'm delaying the CPAP to see if more weight loss gets me under AHI 5.

I am so done with pinning multiple times a week and managing the sides from heavy blasts. I just want to maintain a decent physique where it is obvious I go to the gym, but without the headache of a massive stack. For the guys who just cruise or run the bare minimum, what exactly are you taking? What is the lowest dose of test you can take to just keep the muscle on and stay lean? I am looking to simplify everything
