My laptop won't use my GPU

I've got a HP Victus laptop, and I have 2 "GPUs", well, one of them is an RX 6500M, but the other one is integrated graphics.

My Issue is:

Sometimes, applications won't use the RX 6500M even when set to use RX 6500M. (Windows setting - System - Display - Graphics - High Performance (AMD Radeon(TM) RX 6500M).)

Sometimes, it will use it, but sometimes it uses the integrated graphics instead, even when:

\- The laptop is plugged in.

\- It's set to use RX 6500M in the settings.

When this does happen, a few restarts seem to solve the issue, but this is bothersome.

How can I ensure it always uses the RX 6500M?

The performance also seems to lack in general. I think AMD Ryzen 5 5600H processor, 40 GB RAM and an RX 6500M should be able to run war thunder pretty well on medium 144Hz at 60 FPS, but it's struggling at Low settings 60Hz with unstable 60 FPS. I would like help with that too.
