ive got to go in tech, but cse doesnt necessarily mean tech cuz you gotta work your ass out yourself for placements and skills so do branches matter now? or should i go for ipu?

and if i take these, what is the scenario for internal upgradation?? like how tough it is, and how many branches can u jump to??? please help!
